I’ve been a longtime customer of Five Guys, but unfortunately the quality has noticeably declined. The burger meat doesn’t taste as fresh or flavorful as it used to, and the overall texture feels different. The pickles were served frozen, which significantly affected the taste and experience. Given the prices, I expected much better quality and consistency. I hope the company takes steps to return to the standards that originally made Five Guys stand out

Good food. But $10 for this (including tip admittedly). But for real? Like no extra fries at the bottom which usually makes this not a horrible deal.

I placed order online, the food was never delivered. I contacted the store and the manager on call tonight was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called backed the lady refused to give me his name or put him back on the phone and then hung up on me again. Most unprofessional people I have ever talked to.

What’s not to like about Five Guys?! Greasy burger joint done well. I was immediately greeted by a happy, helpful young man, who took my order. The restaurant was clean and well lit with lots of light. The wait time for my bacon cheeseburger was not long and it was served up nice and hot. I’m not a huge fan of their fries, cause I find them too soggy for my taste. But, they do well added to the burger, which is what I did. I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger, and they gave me a double patty! It was very filling for me. I never order double patties, but I managed to eat it and was kind of sad I did!! Lol! It was tasty tho! I haven’t had a greasy burger for years, so I committed myself to enjoy it…and I did! Five stars, for Five Guys!
***I didn’t see any peanuts, though, which made me sad. They had big bags of them, but none out for scooping. It was probably good I didn’t eat any, or else I’d have been even more stuffed than I was without them!! Maybe you need to ask for them?

Used to enjoy coming here with my dog, who’s always been calm and well-behaved. Today he barked to someone petting him inside of this five guys and after a sheriff made an off comment, the staff told me I could no longer bring him inside — despite never having an issue before. Felt unfair and disappointing which made me take out instead of dining in :( Just a heads up to others who care about respectful treatment.

Been a while but it's still as good as it has ever been. They don't put out the boxes of peanuts like before, but I found a small tray of some sitting on the counter, so they still have them but you have to ask. Price is a little steep for what it is. (Bacon cheeseburger ~$15)

Expensive ($20 for small burger, small fries and a small drink) and quality isn’t great. Good portion of fries though.

Burger was alright, if not amazing. Fries were soggy and not worth the time.

Might eat again.
