Absolutely unacceptable. My pregnant wife urgently needed to use the restroom, and we were told we had to purchase something first. Basic human decency should come before profit. Denying restroom access in that situation shows a complete lack of compassion and customer care. We will not be returning.
Place is great. Food is very good, coffee is good, vibes are good

Place has opened last year and given it’s a NYC export (in the name after all) it brought NYC attitude and prices (e.g., $8 for a black coffee pre tax service charge and tip) without the quality nor the efficiency

Great location, atmosphere, and interior. Drinks are overpriced for the quality

The coffee is meh, and the lady behind the counter made a smart comment when I asked for a cup of ice water after just spending $10 on a coffee- they do however have a nice area to get some work done.

My favorite spot for working! It's expensive but you get what you paid for.

Atmosphere is great but the prices keep most of the community away. Every person I speak to about For Five says they go elsewhere due to the high and variable prices here. Most places nearby are about $1.50-3.00 cheaper and same if not better quality. I got a banana bread latte that simply tastes like a plain latte.

'Coffee & pastries are bit pricey but pleasant atmosphere make it worth the price' I thought till today....
There were people who were having a full meal with outside food that had really strong smell (I was sitting 2 tables down and I looked up because of the smell. Seemed like their meal consisted of pulled pork, beans, etc.). At least 3 different workers passed by and saw them feasting (It was impossible for them to have missed it. Workers were literally looking straight at them), but no one said ANYTHING. Customers at other nearby tables left because of the strong smell, yet the workers couldn't bother to say a thing!! Not sure if workers care at all about the place and I would be looking for another place for quiet work in the future.

Stopped in here for the first time the other day while visiting DC with my sister. We’re both New Yorkers and used to high prices and a certain rudeness level in servers but were pleasantly surprised - the coffee was affordable and the barista (I believe her name is Mackenzie) was exceptionally nice and friendly despite being a fellow New Yorker herself. Definitely will be back.

Drinks consistently bad no matter what you get (burnt coffee, disgustingly sweet). Food terrible for the price especially. Always a let down

Had a delicious latte and vegetarian eggs benedict! Great location next to the Rosslyn metro for meeting a friend or having a meeting. Really not sure why the reviews are so low…give it a try!
You order a cup of coffee ☕️ but you have to wait at least 15 minutes

The service was super nice and the macchiato was amazing!

Unbelievably expensive. On top of the already extremely high price of the coffee, they added a “service charge” to the bill (I thought that was just called choosing to give them my business). Anyway, spent almost $10 for a cold brew. Will not be making that mistake again.

Quite expensive. Significantly more than Starbucks. Black coffee six dollars and four cents. And the wifi is pretty awful. Otherwise a nice place with lots of comfy seating. Right in front of Rosslyn metro, probably why it's pricey.
