A fellow customer today had insinuated a threat towards me after he left his government paperwork all over his couch spread eagle like he was obsolete about it and I just happened to be sitting next to him. Unable to avoid this situation, he chose to speak out, and I’m making this known now. I frequent Rosslyn a lot and I made a pit stop through ForFive. This is possibly the last time I stop at one of these stores if this is how ForFive conducts customer behavior.

As a San Franciscoan, we don’t tolerate that, but I chose to bite my lip over it.

In a coffee store where there’s legally no reasonable expectation of privacy and accessible to the public, don’t leave classified paperwork out. I want this noted to the staff here for future reference.

I wanted to love this place so I gave it a second shot after the first time
I went- gave me cold mid coffee that had been sitting out. The girls that work there are so unwelcoming it’s kinda weird. The second time I went again I felt like I was asking a simple question and the girl seemed upset. If I am paying $30 for coffee and bread I expect them to be good and be nicer. Was not the case

Shocking at the lack of customer service, and the rude behavior. Food is amazing but staff’s interpersonal skills are horrendous! Will not be back, I would rather be treated respectfully and offset a bit of food quality than to have to put up with this crew.

Would be much improved if the cheesy pop music wasnt blasted super loud. This cheapened the atmosphere and created a tawdry, low class vibe, much in contrast to the way overpriced coffee and food. Better to go to Compass, right around the corner, much better and genuine.

Insanely overpriced for passable quality. Not sure why anyone would go here.

I had the best coffee ever here! The barista nadia was absolutely amazing not only did she make my drink perfectly, but her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience so enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about what she does.

The Manhasset was hands-down the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a hot minute. Everything was fresh, perfectly balanced, and just hit the spot. Loved this place — definitely coming back!

I’ve been here many times because the experience is always great. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the service is consistently friendly, and the coffee is top quality. It’s the perfect spot to relax, meet up with someone, or just enjoy a moment for yourself. Always a good vibe here.

The employees were very helpful and patient with me when deciding on what I wanted to order. 'The Morning Glow' drink was very tasty! There was plenty of seating on the main floor and upstairs as well.
