Stopped here to get coffee before flight. While waiting, a customer came up who had ordered banana muffin but ended up with blueberry. Was patient and friendly when returned to correct mix up. Food server said they were out of banana muffin and she had called number to let customer know it was out. Clearly customer didn’t hear her and she wasn’t standing there when customer picked up bag. She was curt and defensive that customer would need to pay for another item, despite the fact he had paid in full for something he did not receive. That’s just bad customer service. Cashier is awesome, but she didn’t seem to have authority to give the customer a break. I will go to a different place for coffee next time. It’s a shame—coffee is great!

I was about to order a cameral macchiato, sign said $4.10. Cashier range me up $6.35. He claimed the extra $2 was due to taxes, but I saw him add $.30 for Carmel. When I brought up the sign he said, well this is the price. I walked away; lost my business for dishonesty.

I've had some pretty terrible airport food the last couple days, so this was a pleasant surprise. I ordered a panini for breakfast and loved it. Real egg, fresh bread, and it was served hot. The ladies at the cash Register were polite & helpful as well.
