Awesome spot even if you don’t want a sweet treat! They have tasty breakfast, sandwiches, and great coffee specials. Service is always friendly and seems to enjoy their job. I highly recommend a ‘secret menu item’ being the salted caramel latte/ or cappuccino! The salted caramel syrup is made in house!! There isn't enough I could say about my second largest experience with GCD! Today I had the pleasure of working with Lena, at the Glebe Road location, in Arlington County, VA. Unfortunately, a food order I'd placed at HT was not prepared for a 7:30 am pick-up as scheduled from an order I'd placed a week ago. Cute place and the Halloween decorations were fun. I got loose leaf tea and it took a few minutes to steep, but it was good. The staff was really nice and let me know sweetener options. I didn’t get a donut but they look and smell good. They’re outrageously expensive though. They had some vegan donuts.
