Great food and service. Family enjoyed very much. We will come again.
My food had a bite taken in it before I got it

Absolutely horrendous experience. Placed an order and wait 35 minutes. After gentle reminders and inquires, after being ignored was faced with very rude and abrasive responses. Order number was low digits, by the time they hit high teens was well into the boarding process and about to abandon the food.
To top it off. There are literally mice, yes, mice, running around the floor in plain sight.
Do yourself a favor, avoid the stress and go somewhere else.

Beware! This restaurant has a bad business model. They advertise a $15 breakfast combo that doesn't have all components- no coffee for a combo that includes a sandwich and homefries. They will tell you to take another beverage option and then charge you again for the beverage you have taken. It all total about $18 in the end. It's terrible to deceive people this way. Change it!

Bad food and employees who don't care at all.
Coffee and combos are no longer available. Wasn't told this when I placed my order and then they didn't even get us the correct breakfast sandwiches.

DCA review. I really tried. There needs to be better quality control at this GSE. It is absolutely NOT like the other restaurants in the city. The menu is different and the food is subpar. They are constantly out of items. Today, I swore I got a breakfast turkey patty on my burger—not OK. The shakes were watery with no whipped cream. They were also made differently than the other restaurants. And it looks like they raised the prices by the bright white price tags over the old menu prices. Do better.

Had some time to kill as my flight was delayed and was hoping to possibly find a diamond in the rough burger spot in the airport. Unfortunately, this was an extremely mediocre dining experience. I will start by saying everything is extremely overpriced. The burger was $21 and to add cheese or any other topping was 3 dollars more. Furthermore, the burgers/sandwiches all come with chips, but to substitute for fries is another $4. With this highway robbery, I expected the food to be at least better than average but to no avail. Ordered The Turkey Club priced at $20, which actually had a nice flavor provided by the Sriracha mayonnaise, and the burger, which was disappointing as even though I asked for it to be cooked medium rare, the beef was still not juicy or as tender as I would've prefered. ?

While waiting for a delayed flight late in the evening, I witnessed a mouse running around the kitchen from under the gate.
Not good stuff. If you can make it through your flight without it, save your money!

In the overpriced airport food scene, this place stands out as a decently priced option that hits the spot for a burger before a flight! Don't expect the best food you'll ever get, the burger is quite basic, "well" cooked (meaning overcooked for my preference), fries are good. I recommend going for the variations that have thyme or spices on them rather than the standard ones.

Delicious and quick, highly recommend
Place closed early when I was trying to get food for me and my son. It was 8:50 pm on a Thursday. Their sign said they were open until 9:30 but I guess they wanted to leave early tonight. When I asked politely asked the you g lady behind the register what time they closed, she rudely said “NOW” and turned and laughed with the guy cleaning the grill.

Holy cow this was a fantastic chicken sandwich. I find it’s rare to take a bite of something and end up smiling immediately. The Prez Obama Burger (clucked it) made that happen for me. Everyone working on 6/28/2024 at 545pm deserves a big raise in my opinion for the kind service and fantastic food. I had this amazing meal in the airport! I was so blown away I sat down and wrote this. I hope you love it too.
