Delta terminal B. If you have some time before your flight be sure to grab a bite here. The food was great and the service was amazing. Phillip T was attentive but not pushy. He was available when needed and didn’t hesitate to smile or offer a suggestion.

Listen, Desean is the truth! He is an amazing bar tender. The food was OK, drinks were excellent. I'll be looking for him on my next visit.

Ordered the burger and fries. Got charged an extra $7 somehow on an already expensive meal. Burger tasted burnt. Lowkey this place sucks

The food barely passes muster - the bacon is razor thin and microwaved, and my 6 year old nephew could make better scrambled eggs. The only thing that saved my meal was the spicy bloody mary.
The staff obviously don't want to be there and it shows - horrible attitudes from start to finish; and at one point three of them were on their phones in the corner not paying any attention to what was going on (the problem being they were the only three people working the restaurant floor).
There are lots of other options at Reagan National. Bypass this place and try one of the many others.

We ate burgers, the cheeseburger and also the cobb
It was ok but not really great
We imagined there would be better burgers here in America - unfortunately

Rude and pushy staff (older, unhappy-looking woman and a little bit from the taller younger hostess). We sat and ate before ordering a cocktail but I was asked three times what I wanted to order within the first five minutes of being there. I respectfully responded and let her know that we needed a few minutes. The old lady gave me attitude, rude looks, and aggressive behavior for no reason. She also stood near the kitchen entryway and watched like a hawk. However, the old lady practiced patience and polite customer service with other patrons, including who I was with.

I hope management sees this review along with the other negative reviews and speaks to their team about better service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I certainly don’t plan to return any time soon!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I am a business traveler and was seated alone at a 4 top after waiting for a table. After waiting more than 10 minutes for a waitress, the waitress refused to serve me because she couldn’t have 1 person at a 4 person table while there was a line. I explained that I’d waited in that line and had been seated there by the host, but she told me she wouldn’t wait on me and that I had to get back in line or wait for a seat at the bar. Don’t go here.

The entry sign on the host stand says they are open until 9:30. No other signage present. So I figured we either would be seated or someone might tell us to seat ourselves. Instead, we waited for 20 minutes trying to flag help, as the only waitress/hostess specifically refused to make eye contact with us. A line briefly formed behind us but they left as they saw no progress. Eventually, I approached the bar she was slowly cleaning, and she told us she “thought we were just hanging out” (right in front of the hostess stand, facing forward). She proceeded to laugh at us and told us that they closed at 8:30 (mind you it was presently 8:08). When I pointed to the sign, she jokingly said we could sit at the bar. She did not have a name tag, but she appeared to be the only waitress working on 8/5.

I should have just thrown my money into the air. Without a doubt, the worst fish and chips ever. Old and mushy inside, I couldnt make out what I was eating.

Sad. I think the food buyer and the cooks should be forced to eat this stuff.

Hello, I really don't have any complaints about the food, service and atmosphere since all of that is very good; but yesterday, Saturday, May 11, while I was having dinner, I observed 3 small mice under the tables hanging around eating crumbs of food. I think if you check your security cameras carefully you can see them. In my opinion I think you should fumigate or I don't know how to take action on the matter because that seemed unpleasant, in fact everything else with you could be good; but I won't eat their food again after what I saw.
