Had lunch here in a Friday and it was very quiet, but the service and food were great. I had pablano mole enchiladas and they were so good! Also dos equis amber bottles! Yay

Guajillo Mexican Cuisine in Rosslyn serves truly delicious and flavorful dishes that stand out with authentic taste. The service is impressively speedy and attentive, making the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. What really impressed me was how the staff went above and beyond to track down an item not even listed on the menu. Overall, it’s a warm, welcoming spot that delivers both amazing food and exceptional hospitality.

Tried all the other restaurants around here but today was the first time trying Guajillo. What shocked me was that they don't have water bottle, soda or non-alcoholic drinks. I am not sure if I would to go back. I had shrimp and it was good. However, service can be better.

Very fast service, friendly staff, delicious Mexican food, the portions are small, so this gives you room to try lots of things from the menu. Must try guacamole and ceviche, their salsa with chips is gonna make you eat it non stop!

Food was nothing to rave about. Soft Taco shells were very tough. Meat was Luke warm. Mole had no taste. But beer was cold and good.

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in the DMV! We had the Taconazo and every single taco was delicious! The art inside is also so colorful and beautiful. We will be back here again!

Was hoping to get frozen margs but the machine was broken, so we got regular margs. They served them in wine glasses which was very strange.
The tacos were decent but the meat on some of them was pretty dry. The fish taco was probably the best one out of the 5 we tried.

Friendly service. Not the best Mexican food in the world, but tasty and fresh. We’ve been there twice while staying in Arlington and would absolutely come back.

Have eaten here several times. Nice atmosphere with helpful, polite staff. Very good sized portions of food. The chimichanga was excellent.

This use to be a favorite spot for a weeknight meal in the neighborhood. The food quality and portions have declined greatly—but prices have not declined. Their dishes lack the flavor they once had. The service is worse—slower and less personal. It took over an hour to get food on a slow night.

Food is good just the chips make my stomach hurt and I don’t usually make it through the entire entree because of it. Cute patio but minimalist/not vibey interior.
