I have been a loyal customer at Guapo’s for many years and rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share what I witnessed on June 29th, 2025.
I ordered a mango margarita, and shortly after receiving it, a bug flew into my drink. The staff took my drink, which I had already sipped from and licked the rim of, and placed it on the bar. After it sat there for a while, I watched as an employee emptied my drink into the frozen margarita machine. This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable.
I spoke to the manager on duty about what I saw. She seemed concerned and wanted to know which employee did it, but I didn’t want to single anyone out because I suspect this isn’t the first time this has happened, and sadly, it probably won’t be the last.
I am extremely disappointed. Guapo’s has always been one of my favorite places to eat, but witnessing this, and seeing that management ultimately did nothing about it, has truly changed my perception of this restaurant.

Food is great and the service is very good!! It gets a bit too noisy. I wish they accept reservations. Wait time can be long.

The food is pretty good. They give you a lot of it. I mean, like more than is healthy or normal or safe. My wife said I didn’t have to eat all of it, but I did. I got fajitas. It was enough to fill a Volkswagen Golf. Not a big car, but more space than you would normally need to store a fajita.

My family and I were served by Jhissel yesterday afternoon. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. We had early dinner so it wasn't crowded. From the door to our table, All the staff were attentive and welcomed us. The decor is gorgeous. Be sure to look up from your menu and around to see, at least, the decorative plates and tiles. The food was DELICIOUS ?! The free chips and salsas were warm and well-seasoned. Entrees didn't disappoint either: shredded chicken enchiladas, seafood burrito, and grilled chicken salad. Service was fast, attentive, and our orders hot and accurate. There was silence at the table mostly as we chowed down!! We Will be back again. No, we didn't get to dessert. Maybe next time I'll just order it to go ? Highly recommend Guapo's for an excellent dining experience!
Good ambience and good food. I really loved the place and their Birria tacos were really good. The meat was soft and juicy. Consume was nice and medium spicy.

We have been coming to Guapos several times a year for years. Tonight I had to send back my Seafood Burrito twice because the center was not even warm. By the time mine finally arrived my husband and son had finished their meals. This was not the first time my Seafood Burrito was not an adequate temperature. I hope management will address this issue. I noticed the tables were not as full as they usually are, and I wonder if diners are reluctant to mention dissatisfaction.

The Atmosphere is awesome, good music and friendly people. But the food is not so great :( the rice and beans are a little dry. But other then that, its not a bad place.
