Gyu-Kaku Arlington never fails us! I enjoy the food and service at this location every single time. My friends and I are always treated with extreme kindness! Their Gyu Sushi, Chili & Yuzu Roast Beef, Karage Chicken and Spicy Cucumber are MUST-TRY'S! :) However, I come here as often as I can solely because the staff creates such a welcoming and gentle atmosphere. Do not miss out on this one!
Fun family restaurant. Kids love the smores for dessert. A little pricey, especially since you are doing the cooking. But a good meal in a fun setting,
This is one of our favorite places to bring our friends. The food is fresh, meat is seasoned perfectly; it’s well proportioned and a balance meal. We usually come for the set lunch that includes meat dish to bbq at the table, rice, soup and Japanese-dressed salad. This is a great value.

Amazing place. This is the first location that I went to, and it was wonderful. I cant remember too much about it, but I know that it had a grill at each table, allowing you to cook your meat how you like it. I have gone to my local location ever since.

Lots of fun and great wait staff. Get the upgrade on the meat lovers combo. Can't go wrong there!
It was my parents and I’s first time having Japanese barbecue and we had a wonderful experience here at Gyu-Kaku in Clarendon!!!!! The food was all very flavorful and delicious and their 3-person meat variety BBQ course was perfect for first timers since we got to try a little bit of everything! Our server, Dough, was so kind and helpful and made our experience that much more amazing! 10/10 would recommend coming here and I highly recommend having Dough as a server if possible! What an amazing gentleman!

Good good and service. The appetizers and bimbimbap avg but the meat is very good! And good price
We had the most amazing experience imaginable. Everyone on the staff was excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The food was spectacular. I cannot wait to come back again!
Food was amazing, atmosphere was also great. Our waiter though was not very attentive & had to be reminded about a few things that were ordered. Big mistake I made was paying without looking at my receipt as well, I walked away wondering if they charged my kid as an adult and might have overcharged me on some things. Don’t be like me, make sure you check your receipt.

It is a very popular place! We had reservations but still had to wait 15 minutes for a table. It was our first time at a place like this and the menu was confusing, but our server helped us understand it. The buffet is not cheap but you get to choose from 45 different items and cook them yourselves at the table. A lot of trial and error for us (we undercooked the broccoli and maybe overcooked some meats) but it was a lot of fun. The quality of the meat was excellent, and sharing duties to keep it turning on the grill and sampling the food together added to the fun of the experience. We will definitely visit again!
The foods are good. We loved Harami and Harami in secret pot. The server lady was nice and helpful. We tried Lady M’s cake and was good.

The AYCE menu has a wide variety of choices - perfect for a family or group of friends! Our service was very slow, which was disappointing given how slow the restaurant was.
It is not a Korean BBQ, so you have to cook your meat. Our server with big heart, always smile and so nice. We liked her more than our meal. Also, you pay for the quality of meat. The table is a little too small to four people. The grills built-in ventilation worked very well. You will smell like BBQ anymore (I do miss those big smoke). Overall it was a good dinning experience.
