I went today and the ice cream was good, but the staff not so much, they were not very nice and everyone but no one was taking my order at the same time, lack of communication and one of the members even came to confront me about my order (basically scolding me and talking in an aggressive manner) even though i was not done ordering, they were eating in the same area they were preparing the ice cream (we All need to eat, but when you are in a food environment you have to be careful) overall they were not friendly or a good team, and the place was not super crazy busy to be treating customers that way, i felt disrespected and they were not listening to me as someone who just wanted to order some ice cream, terrible service, just go somewhere else.

The ice cream is great, but I would recommend a different location with friendlier staff. I came to purchase a small (which includes 2 flavors). I tried 3 and liked one of them. When I asked to try another, she said I had reached my limit. I looked around to choose a safe bet, but she rushed me despite my being the only one in the store. So, I downgraded to a mini (one flavor) and she gave me the smallest portion seen. I asked if that was the correct portion and she confirmed. Not the best experience.
My experience with this particular location last night was horrible. Pentagon city mall, when I ordered my ice-cream typically they will place it in your hand prior to making your payment at the register. This person that served me last night did the opposite. He placed my ice-cream by the other customers near the register, mind you who were already holding their ice cream prior to making their payment and didn't hand me mine. I was furious, discriminated and judged because I'm black and the stereotype for him to think all blacks steal. I kind of told the cashier that customer service here was unfair to me and I don't want my ice cream anymore because of how I was treated everyone else behind me was given their ice cream in their hands and for mine to be placed in population while people are coughing and breathing on it I'll pass. He apologize but this behavior doesn't justify what happen. People need to stop and treat everyone with the same respect. I won't ever be returning.

The service was terrible,the lady was rolling her eyes and popping her kneck.The lady got the order wrong for sprinkles instead of m&m’s we tried to tel her it was wrong she didn’t listen and tried to make us pay for it.
