I've ordered the oxtail pho here a couple of times via doordash, both times were REALLY good. I decided to actually walk over for lunch today and I am so disappointed. They didn't put any sauce in my bag, AND they messed up my order. $17+ bowl of pho and I didn't even get what I asked for and no sauces, so it ruined my whole experience. There was only ONE pleasant employee, the guy with the dreads. Now, I won't return.

Love this place, food is so good and it's awesome that they are open early and lage when so many other places aren't. My only feedback is I wish they made a lunch/dinner version of their breakfast buns. So good!

Great place for a quick late night bite. We came from the airport @11pm and were able to grab great Viet food here. Would recommend!

Stayed at a hotel across road from this restaurant for a few nights, tried various food places nearby, at the end I settled with Happy Eatery and visited multiple times. Their food options ticked most of my boxes: healthy, tasty, dine in or take out, hot food and salads… and for the first time I had a pho that meets the standard ever since my visit to Vietnam 8 years ago. Will visit again next time in Arlington.

Ordering was impersonal and confusing through a kiosk, took me a while to order. Ended up paying $20 for Pho in a carton. Noodles were hard to the bite and broth was weirdly sweet. They limit how much beansprout/basil/onion/lime you get. Beef was oddly pale/white also, very mid.
In addition, the place needs a tidy up.
Dirty/greasy windows, floors, and tables all around. I visited in the morning and there was no one else, so the filth must have been from previous days. Overall, disappointing.
This place is good for a hangout, but don’t come here expecting good authentic food or service, it’s almost like a food court.

Love the salmon avocado rolls with cilantro jalapeño aoli. The braised brisket is wonderful -- however it seems to be only available in the bottom of the menu (pho tacos and french dip banh mi).

I wish there was an option to get their drinks unsweetened. Seems like they've recently added breakfast to their menu. If the kiosks are crowded, you can order from the qr codes in the seating area.

There was a small mishap while trying a new ordering option, and the manager or senior person on staff truly went above and beyond to work it out. It shows a lot when staff cares about ensuring customers have the best experience and delivering for them. The oxtail pho and popcorn chicken are delicious! Highly recommend

this place could have served dog food and I would have still loved it. After a long travel day into DCA, I was ecstatic to find this place open so late on a Monday. Though I do wish they answered their phone so I could have found my way in more easily. There are two entrances to 1800 (one on each side of the block). I had to walk around to get in.

Fast casual with mobile ordering for dine-in (no servers) so just be aware of that if you are looking for a ‘sit down’ experience. I also wish they offered more noodles in the pho! Seemed like one serving of noodles was split between the two bowls.

One of the best vegan pho’s in existence…and I’ve had a lot of vegan pho! The broth is ?? and the noodles soak up the flavour perfectly. I didn’t need to add any sauces. My friend has the banh mi sandwich with ox tail broth and he loved it. I like that it has city vibes up in a high rise with view of the traffic below. Service was quick and friendly. Some spots of the place could use some care, like the wallpaper coming off in the bathroom, like a dozen air fresheners hanging in the bathroom, which made a very strong smell, and all the floor sitting cushions had foot prints all over them. Still giving it 5 stars for the bomb food!

Just got my order without sriracha, peanut sauce. The broth was almost unsalted and room temperature (team member told me: "you can microwave it but we can't do anything about missing sauces and utensils"), no problem, here's your review. I was planning on giving them 2 stars but then... I found a long black hair in my summer roll.

I got a coffee, bahn mi and mamas fried rice. Bahn mi was okay, 5/10; just a heads up they don’t use in store made bread like most places. The fried rice was awful, soggy rice with not a lot of flavor. Overall disappointed, specially for the price.

Cool spot. Great food. Love that they’re open late. Aaron is the coolest nicest guy ever. All the staff was great. Very welcoming. I’ll be coming here often.
