The quality has gone downhill so much ! Repeatedly getting cold, old chicken and fries.. feeling sick after noticing this but wanted to give another shots because I remember how delicious it used to be.. ended up always sick after eating just few bites. Super hit and miss

Can you please fix the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom? It’s nice to wash one’s hands before and and after eating with one’s hands. The key for the bathroom also does not look sanitary. Finally, they charge a 4% “Employee Wellness” fee that is not disclosed to the customer in advance.

Rose was super nice and helpful placing my order. The rest of the team did a great job of preparing Lola’s sandwich, tenders, and waffle fries all the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been a Chick fil A fan for a while.

During inspection observed that there was no concentration of sanitizer at the 3 compartment sink. Corrective Actions: All dishes must be sanitized before use and after washing. Found that sanitizer bottle at 3 compartment sink was empty, PIC replaced sanitizer, and concentration was measured at 200ppm QT-40. Instructed PIC to refill sink and sanitize recently washed dishes. During inspection observed that tomatoes were holding at 50F in the prep table cooler. Corrective Actions: Cold TCS foods must be held at 40F or below. Tomatoes discarded by PIC. Tomatoes should be held in the prep table cooler.

My takeout order was completely messed up. I ordered a regular sandwich and a regular chicken tender and got some overly curry spiced food. I double checked my receipt and definitely didn't order anything curry spiced. I couldn't eat it, it was way over seasoned and not what I wanted or like. Fries were good though. It wasn't busy so I'm not sure how a mess up like that could happen. I don't think I'll be back. Bun wasn't sesame seed either.
Where do I begin?!!? It’s like heaven melting in your mouth. The perfect combo of crispy outside and juicy inside. So many fun flavors and overlaps with different cuisines. Big, giant waffle fries - better than Chick Fil A. Go!!!

Love these chicken sandwiches! The Korean and Indian spice versions are delicious. The portion of waffle fries is also generous. Ordering ahead is convenient and this location is always pretty quick.
