Initially shocked and how delicious the real piece of chicken in the Hot Lola’s sandwich was. The ranch aioli and coleslaw complemented the sandwich very well. I hope you put chick-fil-a out of business.
3 ladies chatting as I come in...ask to pick up my order which clearly ready for pick up...I felt like I interrupted their converstaion bc as I asked for the item they said it was not ready it will take 15min. Even though the place is EMPTY!!!! I asked why do they confirm ready for pick up if the item is not...they made it seem like idk how the system works and said i need to wait.as that happened they just started to move..unfortunate to see that people that at are work feel like is their home and we as customers have to be treated poorly.

I was new to the area and just finished a job and was extremely hungry. After scrolling around I found a place that had some food I recognized. Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. I couldn’t stop licking my fingers. The waffle fries were well seasoned and fresh. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. I also want to add that the hostess was so patient with me because I didn’t have a clue what I was going to get. Absolutely outstanding. Five stars all around.

Horrible food. Disgusting. Fatty meat. Low quality chicken. Bad fries. Gross bread. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was nice. The food is terrible. Don't eat here. This place should not be in business

Visited again in 2024 and this location has really stepped it up!
Previously ate at the Ballston location only and loved it, while finding the Rosslyn location lacking in quality - chicken itself was fine but was overcooked, with the breading being fried a little too dark, crispy, and hard in texture. However, these issues were not present on my most recent visit!
Had the chicken sandwich OG hot, and the new Taj ma-hot sandwich. Previously wasn’t a fan of the new sandwiches, but this one knocked it out of the park.

So yum!! Delicious, seasoned crunchy waffle fries. I loved my chicken sandwich too. I would definitely eat here again!
The quality has gone downhill so much ! Repeatedly getting cold, old chicken and fries.. feeling sick after noticing this but wanted to give another shots because I remember how delicious it used to be.. ended up always sick after eating just few bites. Super hit and miss

Can you please fix the paper towel dispenser in the bathroom? It’s nice to wash one’s hands before and and after eating with one’s hands. The key for the bathroom also does not look sanitary. Finally, they charge a 4% “Employee Wellness” fee that is not disclosed to the customer in advance.

Rose was super nice and helpful placing my order. The rest of the team did a great job of preparing Lola’s sandwich, tenders, and waffle fries all the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been a Chick fil A fan for a while.
