Great food, friendly staff, and perfect location.
It would of gotten more stars butt my room has missing items.
We had this reservation well in advance. When we arrived, there was a sign saying the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner...no further explanation, and the hotel staff did not seem to know it was closed, much less why. Hotel staff made an effort to assist and told us to see a manager in the bar below. However, some other guy met us and set us up with a table in the middle of a very noisy happy hour bar crowd in the bar area below the restaurant. It took him five + minutes to find a third chair and then he left. We saw the handwriting on the wall about what was/was not going to happen next and left. We went to Ted's Montana Grill and it was great-- you can give them a good rating if you like, but it is no thanks to Open Table, Cinnebar, or the Hyatt Regency--we solved our own problem...No more Cinnebar for us and we have lost confidence in the reliability of Open Table reservations going forward...you can thank Cinnebar at the Hyatt Regency for that...
Breakfast buffet is convenient, a little bit pricey, like any hotel buffet. Service was good, but check out process was a little bit confusing. Omelette lady was super nice! Variety was decent.
Waiter was a poor listener, acted before he heard what we were saying. One person in our party found a piece of cardboard in his salad. Manager comped that person's meal. Food was okay overall. A little pricey for the quality. Won't be back.
