Am yet to try the rolled ice cream but tried the honeydew boba tea and it was delicious - not too sweet or too thick. Only one employee was working but it wasn’t busy at the time.

I went with three people who had never had Thai rolled ice cream before and they all liked it a lot. The kids in the group especially liked watching them make the ice cream rolls. You can choose either a pre-determined bunch of ingredients or you can Build Your Own. They have about 6 ice cream bases including non-dairy coconut milk and several ingredients that are added into the ice cream as it is chopped and spread on the chilled surface. After the rolls are created and put in the bowl, you can choose 3 toppings and a syrup. Definitely an ice cream novelty that is interesting to watch. Not surprisingly, this whole process is a bit time consuming so don't expect to be in and out in a hurry. Currently, indoor seating is not available.

Giving it four stars only b/c I have only tried one thing so far...but that one thing was amazing. Ordered the rose lychee ice cream.. Delicious!

Strawberry cheesecake was good. Their new Rose Lychee flavor was even better. It did not disappoint. They also have standard flavors for the less adventurous like cookies and cream and cookie butter. Service was pretty quick and the facilities neat and clean.

I got the mango sticky rice ice cream and it was absolutely amazing! As far as rolled ice cream goes, I think this place is a bit better than most because they do a lot of specials such as the mango sticky rice which was mango rolled ice cream topped with sticky rice, mango, and a drizzle of condensed milk.

I was visiting from the West Coast and was craving a boba tea, so it was nice to find a place that served it nearby. I'll definitely return for the Thai rolled ice cream. As with most rolled ice cream, it's highly Instagrammable, but I generally like the flavor combos, too. As for the bubble tea, it was pretty good, given that it's not their main offering. I wish they had the traditional taro boba, but the Crystal boba was tasty. I also would have liked an option to reduce the sweetness. But service was pleasant and helpful. And if you've never had bubble tea before and are craving a sweet, fun treat, check them out.

This seemed like a very nice place to have a cool summer day ice cream. The variety on display was good and delicious. Unfortunately the service was terrible. Me and a couple of friends entered the store and stood in line waiting our turn to order a Thai Tea Latte. Once we made it to the front, we were told that they were closed and they asked us to leave. They had put a cone in front of the entrance indicating they were closed and are not expecting any new customers for the evening. We were in before that and were standing in line for a while. You have lost a customer! We want to support small business, but this is never good service to drive your customers away after standing in line.
Such a mean person, we came here Thursday 6/24/2021 around 9 pm and we were inside and when we arrived to the cashier the guy said you can’t order because we closed at 9 already, he should let us order because we were inside already. Very mean and this needs to be improved and the person need to be questioned. Because we reached the cashier!!!!!!?????

Very bad service ..the cashier was serving some people at 9 pm when we were inside the shop and waiting in line .. once it was our turn to order he said sorry we are closed !! We were waiting for 10 minutes !! Are you serious ?!! You could've told us earlier instead of keeping us waiting !!!such a Bad service !!

Although their photos look nice, I'd say overall the ice cream here is just subpar. They're quite pricey and for something that looks pretty, but that's really all, the price does not reflect the quality of the ice cream here. Though there were no customers here when we arrived, we waited a long while to get our orders. Service was nice. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're looking for something spectacular.
