Absolutely amazing customer service and quality of food. They are accommodating for dietary restrictions and were very helpful talking to me about gluten free options. They offer GF toast and are accommodating to warm it up separately from other bread and wearing gloves to avoid cross contamination. 10/10 experience hereDietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available

Great vibe & customer service. My ham, egg, cheese croissant was so delicious and my London fog was perfect. I didn’t get to try the desserts but I definitely will be coming back for some! They looked soo good (especially the cakes & coffee cake).They had a whole breakfast & lunch menu.Highly recommend coming here!

I love the decaf soy lattes here and the avacodo toast with cherry tomatoes and Balsamic glaze. Not alot of places have soy milk. But I'm probably going to come here less because everytime I place my order, the same order everytime I've been here in the past 3 months (at least once a week), they always get it wrong in some way. Instead of sliced avocado on my toast I have guacamole, or I end up with both guacamole and sliced avocado on the same piece of toast (like what?), or I don't get the balsamic glaze, AND every single time I ask for a decaf soy latte and double/triple confirm at the register that it's decaf, I go to pick up my coffee and confirm for a 2nd or 3rd time that it's decaf, and it's NOT. This is frustrating and makes me feel forgotten as a regular customer since my order hasn't changed and I frequent this establishment.I wish they would confirm my order if they aren't sure or even if they are sure. I hope they improve their line of communication from the register to the drinks and kitchen because I love their food and drinks. I understand making mistakes but every single time for the same order? It's just disappointing.Dietary restrictions: Gf toast/bread options are great

I heard a conversation about Chilli from this group of older guys and it was nice to know that many people were meeting in this store. It gave off super comfy vibes and the store had a very nice atmosphere, the coffee art was super pretty and the tiramasu was SUPER smooth. 10/10 would come again.

coffee was great, bacon egg and Cheese was great but their Toasted almond cake tasted like someone misted it with soap. I don’t know if they make their pastries in house or outsource them but my wife and I definitely tasted a soapy flavor (smelled possibly like fabulouso?). BUT still a pretty cool place.
