I checked in early last Wednesday and was warmly welcomed and accommodated by Savion and Stephanie because my suite was not ready as I stated above due to my early arrival. Of no fault of theirs, I wanted a different room with accessible features because of a family member. I returned to front desk and while Savion helped another guest Stephanie right away started to search for an accessible room for me. Just love the ladies in the cafe, very pleasant and efficient. The coffee beans are very good quality and especially Abbey she makes it just like I like it. I am a long time customer and I have seem a significant price increase that is beyond the inflation rate. If continued you will loose customers including the hotel customers and eventually the coffee shop which would be sad. Don’t be too greedy.
