food was good and came out fast but the service.. i've never been treated so poorly it was actually embarrassing and disappointing to the fact that everyone else got seated and attended before we did and we had a reservation. it's like they purposely ignored us and didn't want to attend us. i'm so disappointed because of how good the food was and how pretty it was inside but the waiters and staff the worst ever. smh

We had nicole as a server and she took great care of us! the food and drinks were also very good. We came for the half time show since they had an event for it but the volume for the tv was a bit low.

While Inca is well appointed, nicely decorated, and plenty big, that's really where the positives end. Our waiter, who was cute and recommended we each get a different meal for variety, was sometimes missing in action and needed to be flagged down to get our check. The noise level was awful, way too loud to hear the waiter when he was around and much too loud for us to have a conversation. The food was also bad. Some of the most bland tasteless food I've eaten in a long time, and the meats were dry. We got the aji and the anticucho which are two staples in Peruvian cuisine, and should be full of flavor and aroma...they had neither. I doubt we will be back unless someone can convince us to give it another try.

The server was just plain rude and not genuine. She kept saying she'd bring a bag for our to go containers but didn't, she didn't refill our waters but kept asking to refill our paid drinks, she seemed annoyed at pretty much everything we did and was just generally slow about everything. I honestly fully regret giving the tip I did.

The food was quite good for two of us but terrible for one - undercooked chicken & pasty sauce. Drinks were great. We happened to be next to a VERY large party so the noise was off the scale. The server was excellent. And the look and feel of the place was very appealing. Worth another try.

First impression was great, would absolutely recommend. I lived in Lima, Peru for four years and I know what good Peruvian food tastes like. So I can tell you with authority their food was very good and authentic and my date that night agrees. It was a quiet Wednesday night and my first time, but I will definitely return. The price was quite reasonable, too.

Our server, Osmar, was very knowledgeable and explained various facets of Peruvian cuisine and the mix of cultures which allowed things like PeruvianSushi to come to pass

We had an extremely disappointing experience here. It has gone way down hill.
The entrance was so dark it looked closed. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes before anyone even approached us. Our server took our order and never returned—no check-ins, no drinks, no sauces. The runner ended up doing everything.
The server only came back to ask for payment and submitted his own review on the device, which is completely unacceptable.
The pulpo anticuchero was tough, old-tasting, and inedible, and we had no way to notify the kitchen because the server ignored us the entire time.
Overall, terrible service and disappointing food. I hope management addresses this, because the experience left a very bad impression.
