Usually get togo, but does have decent outdoor seating. Food is consistent, and ready in less than 15mins. I use the app, get points, and then free food.

Arrived at the store at 840 only to see that the lobby was closed for in-store ordering. (not on jersey mikes site or google maps). Store was only doing “pick-up orders”. So I tell the associate I will place my order through the app and he tells me if you place it now we wont make it. I said why not I'm right here and you can see your system. My app says I can order it. He tells me the store is technically closed. So I said why can't you take my order verbally then. His reply was Im sorry ma’am. Just an inconvenience.

I by accidentally ordered uber eats from this business as I was in Clarendon on business a week earlier, so the address I had in my app was wrong. I was across the country when I hit order from this store for delivery (I don’t know how the computer would have accepted a delivery or order from an address 1000 miles away), so I cancelled it naturally probably within 20-30 seconds. I was then told by uber eats I would not get my money back from this 30 second mistake. I have not received my refund yet (a measly $18 and change), and it has been 3 days. The store/uber eats notified me I should not have cancelled the order but reached out instead, and I did reach out to this stores manager who felt bad I was fraudulently scammed out of my money but he said he wouldn’t help me as it’s uber eats (worst corporation customer service ever). It’s not physically or humanly possible to make multiple subs within 20 seconds, so there is no way they started to make my order with actual food down on the table. I wouldn’t give my money back to this business nor uber eats ( but they charge u $20-30 more than in person so why use the app anyway? I will never again lol). Manager here at a Mike’s didn’t want to help and the store pocketed my money. Blackstone quality going down the drain it’s a shame bc Jersey mikes used to be good (I went to high school with Pete Cancros Daughter in NJ). Don’t go to this place go to the store and get meats and ur own bread for under $10.

The big kahuna I ordered from there was absolutely delicious! Everyone that was behind the line was friendly and working diligently to help customers as a line began forming when I was midway through ordering. My attendant, Andre, went above and beyond to offer the best customer service at a fast pace, all whilst encouraging his fellow workers! The ONLY complaint I have is that it was really hot in the store, I wanted to rag in but the heat forced me to eat in the car instead. I hope they get that fixed soon. Overall a wonderful experience with polite staff!

Sandwiches are good, service hasn’t been great so far. I watched as workers talked and laughed while I’m just waiting for them to make my sandwich. Super awkward.

Fantastic cheesesteak (ignore the terrible photo) - tonnes of meat, super hot and fresh and a great price. Service was friendly enough too.
