Standard jimmy johns experience. Food was good, place was clean but the dude making the food loudly burped at least 4 times while we were eating there. I just feel like thats excessive and kinda gross?

Terrible I ordered over the phone for pickup at 5pm (I placed the order 6hours before) and when I arrived they took another 26 minutes to give me my food. I ordered 20 different sandwiches (they didn’t label them and put everything in only one bag!

We recently placed a large order, and unfortunately, one of the subs was missing the meat. Additionally, tomatoes were included on a sandwich even though we had specifically requested no tomatoes due to a colleague’s allergy. We understand that mistakes can happen and genuinely appreciate the team’s effort in preparing such a large order.
However, the main issue we encountered was the customer service at the register. The young gentleman assisting us was extremely dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. His demeanor was nonchalant, and his tone came across as rude and uninterested. Rather than handing me a cup, he pushed the stack toward me without a word, and when I mentioned that some chips were missing from our order, his response was, “You could’ve gotten it from the front.” The lack of courtesy and effort to assist was disappointing and unacceptable.
If he does not enjoy his job or engaging with customers, perhaps he would be better suited in a position that does not require direct customer interaction. His attitude completely undermines the otherwise positive experience provided by the rest of the staff — the ladies in the back, for instance, were polite, efficient, and professional.
This level of rudeness and disregard for customers reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so that future customers can receive the level of respect and service expected from your brand.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The service is always so slow.

Terrible experience. They gave out the wrong order (which I was willing to forgive) so I drove back to find them blaming me for taking the wrong order. No apologies, no refund, just blame shifting. This store doesn’t even meet the bare minimum for customer service. The cherry on-top is that they gave me an asian-sounding person’s order which seems a lot like lazy profiling.

Jimmy John's is a lifelong craving. I started at Champaign Urbana IL where there were founded, just to the south. The good, the quality, the menu, all the same. Admittedly the menu has grown quite a bit. Back then we were offered the original 6. I would rather feed rabbit food to rabbits and then have the rabbit for dinner. However, their vegetarian #6 original has always been my favorite. 60/40 vs the #1. If you havenot tried one, it is definitely worth the stop.

Today (4/22) at 12:44pm I visited the restaurant to place an order, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who took my order did not greet me or make any effort to be courteous. When I approached the register, he simply stared at me with what felt like irritation or disinterest, leaving me unsure whether he was even ready to assist me. His attitude made me feel very unwelcome, and it truly affected the overall impression of the restaurant. I strongly recommend that this be addressed with him directly, as no guest should be made to feel like an inconvenience.
One of the workers behaves badly and is rude to customers and drivers, especially drivers. He is unclean and unprofessional.
