Worst location, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Employee intentionally gave me the wrong order and did not honor my notes although I paid extra. Waited 20min for curbside only to have to go inside anyway on a swollen ankle. Never again. Literally gave me anything and NOT what I ordered. I called and the line is always “busy” but there’s literally no one (customers) on the inside of the store.

Just a sub, nothing to write home about, curb side doesn't work, app didn't notify them. 1 pc of bread, 1 pc of meat, 1 pc of cheese and a bunch of lettuce $ 18.00 must I say more.

Employees had a positive attitude and interacted with myself as a customer professionally. The only thing is the unwhich drips at times (eg., water), I feel that’s just a chain issue. Wish this location stayed open past 3PM.Dietary restrictions: KETO/Gluten Free

They should change the slogan of this location to "Subs so slow you'll freak." Delivery from here almost never takes less than 90 minutes to get to you. When you call and ask about the status, they're always rude too. The subs are always decent once they get to you though!

After reading the comments about service and cleanliness, I assumed it couldn't be that bad... I was wrong. As I walked in, two patrons departed without ordering which should have been a clue. As I approached the counter to order, the staff member who greeted no one was cleaning a large spill in the kitchen / prep area. After a minute or two, he removed his shoe and began cleaning it with napkins. While doing so, he approached the counter to take my order as he touched the prep counter and register without washing his hands and with dirty shoe in hand. It's that bad.

this location gave me severe food poisoning. looking back at my visit the fact i saw the 2 employees not changing their gloves after handling money and doing other tasks should have made me run out of the store to start with. STAY AWAY.

Just went in here to buy a sandwich and the people looked so annoyed when I came in thru the door..if you don’t like your job then find another one. Enough people in this world that are miserable. At least don’t need that when I’m paying for food!

Thankfully, this isn't my usual Jimmy John's location - it's freaky slow! I've ordered from here twice in the last couple of months because it was closer to where I was headed. The first visit I was held up and didn't get to the restaurant until 25 minutes after I placed my order, so I expected it would be ready and waiting for me on the pick-up shelf. Wrong. I got there and didn't find my food, so I asked about it and after they located my order I was told they would have to mix up more tuna fish and it would be about 15 minutes. So after 40 minutes I finally had my lunch - nothing fast about that!I went again yesterday and, again, ordered ahead of time on my app - a wrap and a slim sandwich. I got to the restaurant 10 minutes later and had to wait an additional 15 for my food, mind you it was not busy with customers and the workers were taking their sweet time making food. After I had waited for at least five minutes with my two children in tow they finally acknowledged me and asked what I had ordered. They then pulled the order ticket from the top of the printer and finally made my sandwiches. I get that it can get busy, but this was well before the lunch rush and I was in the restaurant and could see that it most definitely was not busy.This location is just plain slow, so don't expect your typical "freaky fast" sandwich experience when ordering from here.

It takes 30min to pick up a mobile order because they don't make sandwiches by order Cooking. They should learn how to make sandwiches by order before how to cook
