As a Persian who has tasted countless types of kAbabs across Iran, I know it's not entirely fair to compare a Persian restaurant in the U.S. to those back home. That said, I ordered the Koobideh here. While I’ve had far better in different parts of Iran, this one was acceptable—though a bit dry and not particularly appealing in presentation. A great Koobideh should be visually inviting, with the perfect balance of meat and fat.
My friend ordered Baghali Polo with Mahicheh, which was decent, though the seasoning could have been better.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and well-mannered, and I enjoyed the warm Persian atmosphere.

Bad hospitality, Bad experience There is older tall guy server who is not very polite. It’s not polite for server to complain and argue over tip. He came over and argue with us over tip and we had very bad experience. The food portion is not good enough compared to price that they charge . Average food. Very bad customer service and no hospitality at all.

I went there for dinner, and the owner was arguing with me to get me to accept the wrong order. The service was unprofessional and the food was served cold. It was below average food for Persian cuisine. This is not a restaurant I would recommend. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and I felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The place, atmosphere and service was great! Beautiful and comfortable inside and outside.
The food - was very plain and mediocre. I got the Barreh kabob. First off, the fact that you have to pay extra for a salad that is clearly supposed to be part of the entree is extreme. The lamb wasn't very seasoned, had a plain taste very bland. The rice was well cooked but also no flavor to it. I had to add their sauce to my entire dish to give it taste.
The bread and sauce, was the only delicious part of the entire meal. The bread was light, soft and tasty. The sauce was very tasty, and brought everything you dipped into it with flavor.
