As a Persian who has tasted countless types of kAbabs across Iran, I know it's not entirely fair to compare a Persian restaurant in the U.S. to those back home. That said, I ordered the Koobideh here. While I’ve had far better in different parts of Iran, this one was acceptable—though a bit dry and not particularly appealing in presentation. A great Koobideh should be visually inviting, with the perfect balance of meat and fat.

The atmosphere, services, and particularly the nice Isfahani man are amazing. If you are interested in Iranian cuisine and you are into it, try Kalleh Pache and Dizi. The tea is made in Samover, don't miss it.

We’ve been going to Kabob Bazaar since the late 90s. Absolutely love it. Delicious food and nice atmosphere. If you love Persian food, or never tried it, you can’t go wrong with any dish.
