There is no lower place then this. I mean, seriously, if you were to go any lower you might just end up in hell. Food is mediocre, not to mention meat sides aren't even allowed anymore. Keep in mind this wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't for the fact it costed 80 dollars. Yes, you read that right, 80 dollars. For two moderately sized portions of beef, no more then a quarter-pound for each skewer. Once again, does beef really cost that much? Spinach and chickpeas?
Spinach costs around $3 a pound (you don't get a pound by the way.) And chickpeas, not very expensive, maybe around $5 a pound. Ground beef, a quarter pound is around $7, and I'm being generous.
Then, 3 + 5 + 7 = 15. Yes. 15 dollars. A 5x markup on price, which are reasonable profit margins if the food wasn't so bad. The only thing that wasn't messed up is the meat and that's barely.
Used to be good, but only a former shell of itself.

Horrible experience, this place USED to be OK, but now it's disgusting, the meat smells, kafta is tasteless, sides are small and cheap, no chicken or meat sauce as a side dish, only cheap spinach, potatoes or chickpeas. And I bet all their meats are expired, if you take a takeout and leave it in the fridge overnight, it smells next day, for the high price you pay, go to a better place, these people are using this place as a money grab, they become so greedy after the Corona virus, now years after and they have gotten only worse!

My recent visit was extremely disappointing. I found hair in my food, and I have a clear photo of it. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they refused to acknowledge the problem even after I showed them the picture. This is a serious hygiene and customer‑service issue. A restaurant should take responsibility, apologize, and correct the problem — not deny it. I hope management addresses this immediately to ensure proper

Went in today because I’ve been here before and the food has always been great.
Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. When we reached the counter to order, an older gentleman immediately demanded that we step aside. My friend tried to order from the premade section, but he refused to let us do so and instead pointed at the menu, telling us we “needed” to order the number 11.
We agreed at first, assuming he understood what we were asking for, but when we tried to clarify that we simply wanted the regular premade food, he became dismissive and argumentative. He insisted we didn’t understand the menu and blamed us for ordering “the wrong thing,” without making any effort to listen or clarify our order. He was abrupt, unwelcoming, and made us feel uncomfortable and out of place.
We ultimately paid nearly $40 for a plate of rice and chicken, despite the confusion and poor service. Another employee eventually stepped in to help, but the original man was completely unwilling to hear us out. Overall, the customer service was very poor, which is disappointing given how much we’ve enjoyed this place in the past.

Insanely expensive for what we got. Got charged $15 for what was barely an entree, and nearly $50 for two people. Food was seasoned decently but insanely chewy, and our lamb was over 50% bone. Being open 24hrs is nice, but it's not nice enough to excuse literally everything else.
