I didn’t get any food so can’t speak to that but I enjoyed the cocktails and the vibe. Decent amount of seating and they have ports for charging. Sara Y was super friendly but once her shift ended the service was much slower. Located right by several American Airlines gates. Would come back for drinks but likely not food based on other reviews.
The service is excellent and unfortunately the food not so much. I got the veggie omelette and used the QR code to order order it and in the comments section ask for it very soft. What came back? Look like a slab of eggs made from powder. Approximately two eggs worth, with some lump vegetables added. On top of it. I got the whole grain toast and what came out was two half slices. Each one half as thick as a normal slice. So one gets a total of one half of a slice of normal toast. It had the butter on the side but the toast was already cold. It came with some sort of fried veggies, mostly potatoes, some sweet potatoes and a third vegetable of unknown origin. They were a bit tasty but cold and not crispy. The coffee was pretty good. I also got a side order of sausage and that was good. So all in all my s***** eggs and cold minuscule size toast and coffee with the side order of sausage and cold vegetables cost over $40 with tip.
The hostess had the nastiest attitude. She even would cut me off when I would talk. Extremely unprofessional. Though, my server and my food were good, would never set foot back here if that hostess is still working there, and I hope she reads this 🫶🏾
Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. They also gave me the wrong food but I didn’t have enough time to say anything about it.
Food is below average and service is terrible.
Go somewhere else, thank me later
Couldn’t get app to work, and after 10 minutes of sitting down trying to get the attention of the staff who seemed preoccupied with helping every single person other than myself (even those sitting after me), I simply left. I was patient, but the final straw was when I got the attention of one of the bartenders (I was sitting at bar) and she told me to wait after someone who just walked up asked her for something. Ah well. I wasn’t super excited about paying $20 for an omelette anyway.
Avoid at all cost, ate here left a 20% tip. Three days later I was notified they claimed I left a 51% tip! Plus, the number listed to dispute the charge is not in service 🙄
The food was great and Faven took great care of me! Would come back again if here for another layover!

Really poor service. Multiple ordered things forgotten or brought the wrong stuff.
Waitress being rude after not leaving a 20% tip, would not recommend at all.

The service person with light brown curls and glasses did a very poor job and was unfriendly. We ordered 3 drinks without ice and always got them with ice. We also didn't receive the ketchup we ordered.
But the worst thing was when we left. We rounded up our tip from USD 93 to USD 100 and didn't want to give more because of the very poor service.
She chased me through the airport and yelled at me about where her 20% tip was.
That's not possible and with this poor service, this woman shouldn't expect a tip.
Avoid this store!!

For a $20 airport cheesburger, it was pretty thick and juicy, but the fries needed some help. Definitely a better alternative to the nearby alyernatives.
