The drinks were over priced and not on online ordering on purpose. $22.49 for an espresso martini. 1 shot of Vodka…that’s crazy

Can't say I am impressed. Food was ok but had to wait half an hour after the waitress told me it was coming. She never checked on me outside of ordering or dropping off food and seemed to be just standing in the corner on her phone. Ive never seen less of a sense of urgency except when they were doing a shift change and wanted customers to pay so they could get their tips. I would give this a miss and try somewhere else.

Most of the staff sat in a corner gossiping, which you could hear across the entire restaurant. While one poor lady ran the whole bar. Service was slow, but polite. Other customers were not happy with the food. My food was very salty, and not great.

Waited 15 minutes for a can of beer.. there were only 3 people here. Everyone on their phones.

Food is ok. Service is pretty bad. They'd rather text and talk to each other than take care of their customers. There is limited space in the terminal, DCA, pkease replace this establishment with some other restaurant that cares

Not a great service and charged tip before we signed receipts.
We had to ask for your food which was waiting on the kitchen counter and the waitress closed our tab taking a 20%+ tip while we wanted to leave a 18% tip. She forced the closure of tab without notice.

Sign says please seat yourself. So you seat yourself and that’s it. No waiter to take your order. Nothing. No food. No drinks. You just sit there until you leave.

I mostly blame HMSHost for the quality here.

Cold fries. No beer on tap. Don’t recommend the patty melt at all. Oh, and way over priced even for an airport

Only an airport restaurant could get away with removing my plate of food before finishing and then making me move from my seat so they could clean and close for the night. Jerks…a vending machine has better service

All, and I mean ALL, of the staff seem to be related to each other and we’re all shouting at one another the entire time I was there. The dressing on my Greek salad tasted like curry. How does that even happen? Also the Diet Coke tasted “off” leading me to think the lines in their soda fountain are overdue for cleaning. And the icing on the cake is that it was $35 for a salad and a Diet Coke. Do not recommend.

I didn’t get any food so can’t speak to that but I enjoyed the cocktails and the vibe. Decent amount of seating and they have ports for charging. Sara Y was super friendly but once her shift ended the service was much slower. Located right by several American Airlines gates. Would come back for drinks but likely not food based on other reviews.

The service is excellent and unfortunately the food not so much. I got the veggie omelette and used the QR code to order order it and in the comments section ask for it very soft. What came back? Look like a slab of eggs made from powder. Approximately two eggs worth, with some lump vegetables added. On top of it. I got the whole grain toast and what came out was two half slices. Each one half as thick as a normal slice. So one gets a total of one half of a slice of normal toast. It had the butter on the side but the toast was already cold. It came with some sort of fried veggies, mostly potatoes, some sweet potatoes and a third vegetable of unknown origin. They were a bit tasty but cold and not crispy. The coffee was pretty good. I also got a side order of sausage and that was good. So all in all my s***** eggs and cold minuscule size toast and coffee with the side order of sausage and cold vegetables cost over $40 with tip.
The hostess had the nastiest attitude. She even would cut me off when I would talk. Extremely unprofessional. Though, my server and my food were good, would never set foot back here if that hostess is still working there, and I hope she reads this 🫶🏾
