Shared a Mediterranean blackened tuna flatbread. Couldn’t eat it. Just really bad. We asked for water twice and it never came despite assurances. We love Jose but this was a no go.

Server delivering drinks with attitude and criticizing about nationality to other guest. Unbelievable! Don’t come here

Oh gosh, I ate here many years ago and was disappointed. This time my husband and I really enjoyed. On the other hand, we were with hordes of people stuck because of the weather. The service was great, the servers were way overworked and yet, helpful and good. The food was ok. I imagine it's not a good idea to choose a rare burger at this place. My husband had the roast chicken sandwich. Nevertheless, it served our needs. Thank you

Poor customer service , sit down and the waitresses have no customer service skills, sits in the corner gossiping while you’re waiting to place an order , the QR code order system doesn’t work, 10 mins is enough waiting time, I won’t come back here.

Prices high but you’re in an airport. Food and people are absolutely amazing.

I had the tavern burger here. It was a very delicious burger. The spiced beef in it was really good. The service was good. I didn't have any issues. I waited for less than 10 minutes to receive my food. Overall I had a great experience. I did expect the burger to taste so good so im glad I gave this place a shot.

I sat down to order breakfast via their barcode online menu and ordering system. The system would not let me check out to place my order. I asked for help twice, to two separate waitresses and received none. They were more worried about gossiping with the rest of the staff then doing actual work. Would not recommend

Food wasn't bad, but service was terrible and very slow. They told us we could order/pay using the QR code that takes you to a registration page, and I don't care for, nor have the time when I'm traveling.
After getting the food, we decided to leave and told our server we had to because our flight was boarding but had to ask to pay 3 times before we got the check.
Not to mention the server's attitude, wrong ordes, or items we asked for that she didn't bring

Manager was unprofessional and screaming at employees in public. Doesn't know how to make mixed drinks. Threatening to export her employee . Employees are great but should speak English in public view.

Ruth was my server and did a terrible job. Don’t recommend stopping here. Walk anywhere else and get better service. She was rude with all of the customers including myself.

Worst gyro on the planet. Not much meat, and who puts beets in a gyro?
Caesar salad was good.

Service here was terrible. Staff rarely checks back in with the tables. Waitress seemed pissed off whenever we asked for anything. Don't waste your time or money here.

We stopped here for breakfast simply because we had to eat before our flight. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The waitress seemed indifferent, brought the wrong order, and didn’t even bother to explain or apologize when we asked about it.

We ordered two different breakfasts — both cost around $20 — but the funny (or sad) part was that they were nearly identical: mostly potatoes and eggs. Definitely not worth the price.

If you can, avoid this place. More broadly, we really need to demand better food and service at airport restaurants nationwide. Too often, they rely on the fact that travelers have no other choice.

And one more note: don’t feel obligated to tip for poor service. Tipping should reflect effort and care — not be taken for granted.

The drinks were over priced and not on online ordering on purpose. $22.49 for an espresso martini. 1 shot of Vodka…that’s crazy

Can't say I am impressed. Food was ok but had to wait half an hour after the waitress told me it was coming. She never checked on me outside of ordering or dropping off food and seemed to be just standing in the corner on her phone. Ive never seen less of a sense of urgency except when they were doing a shift change and wanted customers to pay so they could get their tips. I would give this a miss and try somewhere else.
