Where is everybody? It’s lunch time as I speak. And what is with these 1 star reviewers saying that the staff were rude? The staff were wonderful!!! And I’m not saying that to bust the reviews, they actually were!
As for the chicken and biscuit…WOW were they super fresh! Not to mention a super cool looking dining area. I love it here!
Substandard KFC. They were out of strips and biscuits when we ordered and for some reason waiting for fresh cooked items was the last choice given, I had to ask How Long it would be, since that info was not freely given.
Employee’s dont want to work, they dat even care the coustumers.Everyone, down to the manager, needs to change. When I walked in today, there was an incredible smell of rotting chicken. They need healty, food or any inspection asap!Dont give order from this store.
Never get the sauce I ask for or gravy. Consistently. Mobile order or drive thru. Place sucks
Great experience with food and service
Terrible. I ordered a chicken tender box with three orders of fries and a sweet tea. I got three cold chicken wings and a roll.
The last 5 times that I have visited this store, staff has either refused to make me a chicken pot pie or said that I had to wait 30 minutes for a pot pie. This is completely ridiculous. Being out once or twice is understandable. However, I feel like the staff at this location is always very lazy and extremely rude. If you're in the mood for KFC, drive yo any other location in the area and avoid this location.
Placed order online, and their store is closed without any notification. Waste a hour to call the KFC corporate!

Oh the juicy chicken! The mashed potatoes with gravy! And coleslaw to die for! Please give us moist wipes with our orders. Napkins are great but we also need wipes.
Order came quickly. Tables and floor were clean as were the picture windows.

Horrible experience picking up Uber eats order here. Kept driver waiting in the line of car even when order is already available for pickup. You can improve your night drive through pick-up system with a wireless restaurant beeper for cars to wait for food at the side, so that others with food ready no need to waste their time due to your inaffeciency as a FAST food restaurant.

I have no idea why anyone likes KFC. I have had it a total of twice and I find it deeply unpleasant. For one thing unless you specifically order it extra crispy it ends up being weirdly wet. Also I tried the famous Bowl and Patton Oswalt was right, it tastes exactly like a Failure Pile in a Sadness Bowl. Although I am curious to try the Double Down if they ever bring that back again McRib Style.
The only positive things I have to say is about the service and the atmosphere. First off the service was on point, the person who took my order was very nice, helpful and Patient when I was trying to figure out what I wanted, and my sub par food was ready really quickly. As for the atmosphere, I respect KFC for sticking with their branding and actually making it feel unique and fun. In an age where other fast food chains are going beige and boring with a lame outdated coffee shop aesthetic, KFC is not afraid to cover everything in red and white stripes and put Bucket iconography EVERYWHERE! I adore good theming and this makes my heart smile.
Over all the Vibes are good, but I can totally see why their founder and Spokesperson was very outspoken about how they ruined his recipe (seriously look it up, they sued him for defamation and he won) and am curious to try Colonel Sanders’ original original recipe before it was corporatized.
Vegetarian options: If you’re vegetarian or Vegan, why would you be going to a fried chicken place. Try the Taco Bell Next door. Last I checked they have some Vegetarian things but it’s been a while.
Dietary restrictions: I’m pretty sure there are some things in the 11 herbs and spices that someone is allergic to and there’s definitely gluten, but I’m pretty sure even without Alergies, there’s always the danger of heart disease if you eat this greasy stuff too often.
Parking: It shares a parking lot with the Taco Bell next door.
Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes chicken then sure.

When I simply want some good ole southern fried chicken, I know where to go in Arlington, VA now. This KFC location is the place. KFC is my comfort food, every since I was a little girl over 50 years ago. The original recipe was always my favorite. It still tastes the same. Thank you! Hmm hmmm it was finger licking good.

Stopped in for lunch and got 3 piece chicken meal, The biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck. The chicken was super greasy and didn’t taste fresh. About two hours after eating this meal I had the worst most painful diarrhea of my life. Never again 😵
