Ordered food at 8:50pm and the food was old and dry. The chicken is over cooked and dark. We ordered 6 PC chicken and chicken nuggets. It came with two sides and 3 biscuit. We only recieve 3 out of 4 biscut. It look like a staff member rip up chicken tender to fill up the box with old nuggets. This was not acceptable. I will not go back.

This place should be shut down. The first time I went there, they stole my credit card number. Stupidly, I tried them again today, and they charged me $26.00 for 6 wings, a biscuit and a small cole slaw. Their employees are crooks. Don't go there!

Left out multiple items from my order. The food was also mostly soggy like it had been sitting out for a long time even though I mobile ordered for a specific time and entered the store right as the app said the order was being prepared and saw that my food was already sitting in the back getting cold.

Manger nor staff knew anything this couldn't answer any of my questions. Frustrated. And al order some grape jelly and add more kids meal choices.Kid-friendliness: No KFC is not kid friendly! Children only have one option for kids meal which is absolutely ridiculous, not all children like the new chicken nuggets. Bring back more options for children!

CHARGES FOR .55 CENTS a SAUCE.DONT GET NUGGETS U GET 1 SAUCEOVER PRICED COMBO AT $12.31 AND only once sauce. Asks 55 cents for one more sauce so you can have two sauces for your mini box of 5-6 nuggets.... Crazy... Better to go elsewhere.
