During our visit, the restaurant was not crowded, with only a few people present. We ordered other dishes including chicken soup, which unfortunately took a rather long time, approximately 30-40 minutes, to arrive at our table. While the server was polite and the establishment appeared clean, I must admit that the soup did not meet my expectations. I found it to be lacking in taste and quality. Moreover, I personally felt that the food at Kohinoor Dhaba did not truly embody the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine. The dishes, including the biryani we ordered for takeout, did not live up to the standards I would expect from traditional Indian cuisine.Despite these observations, I would like to emphasize that the service at Kohinoor Dhaba was commendable, with polite and attentive staff member. The cleanliness of the restaurant also deserves recognition.

Food is great. I came here two nights in a row while I was in Crystal City. The gulag jamun is tasty.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are very good, I had the Baingan Bharta and it was tasty.

Friendly waitress. Fast service. Had ordered tomato soup which was creamy and good. Chef's Kadhai Paneer recipe had really soft paneer, although it didn't feel like an authentic Indian recipe. I thought it was too oily, with very little gravy. Food in general could be way better.

Facilities - Watch you don’t bang your head entering the sit down area of the restaurant. I visited Mar 24, the restroom was backed up.Food - dishes served here are not authentic. We ordered Lamb Roganjosh, we were served a yellow thick gravy based lamb dish on the sweetish side. Our second order was for a Dal Makhani we were served a dal with mixed lentils akin to ‘Maa ki Dal’. So beware of what you order. Not recommended.

This food is addicting to eat and the flavors / seasonings are nothing short of superb. I will most definitely be coming back and trying the whole menu. This was truly amazing. Coming from someone who is a picky eater (myself) this is a new favorite spot of mine!
