Decent tea but nothing memorable. Nice food court with lots of different options and seating for meeting with friends.

I came to this Kung fu tea 10 minutes before they close and I understand that it is near the closing time; however, the girl at the register very rudely told me that they were closed. I was so taken aback especially since the kung fu tea website says that they close at 10 and does not give any warnings that they stop taking orders at some time. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Got the chai milk with boba and there wasn't a very strong chai flavor which was disappointing. They put loads of boba in it though and it was still pretty tasty. The new oat milk option is also a great bonus

I like their bubble tea it's good! And their services. It was my first time getting bubble tea, and they were patient enough to let me ask questions! I will go back soon.

The milk tea is delicious. It is rare to drink such delicious milk tea nearby. The store manager Xiao Wu is very enthusiastic and introduced me many drinks. He is also very handsome?

Always a solid choice for a drink, especially if you are into Boba. There's tons of choices, from milk teas to smoothies to coffees and more, with choices of normal boba, popping boba, jellies and other toppings.

This kung fu tea is located in the center of a food court, offers ample seating, and quickly served my tea. I had no issues with this shop.

This bubble tea shop is fantastic! I come here almost every week, and it never disappoints. The brown sugar boba milk tea is my absolute favorite!

Terrible experience. Ordered a taro tea and when we drank it, it appeared that they poured a huge amount of sugar. We asked them if they could remake it and they said no that’s your problem not ours. I’ve been coming here for 2 years. You just lost a customer for life!!! Your staff is rude and non sanitary when making drinks. How about wearing gloves.

Drink was good but they undercooked the boba.

Staffs are friendly, but they don't make the drinks right. The quality depends on who is making it. Thai tea doesnt taste like thai tea at all. It has the same flavor as the classic milk tea. The one in Clarendon and DC downtown are really good. I wouldnt recommend this location.

Standard Kung Fu Tea in the middle of Quarter Market. I've had my order messed up a few times even at times when they aren't busy but nothing terrible and they're usually quick to fix it. Prices are high for what you get and the quality can vary from day to day. I've noticed some of the teas are far more potent on some visits.
