Huge fan of the kusshis in MD so i knew i had to order here during a work conference. there were some issues with the menu on Uber eats and the staff i spoke to on the phone was super helpful and patient. Aside from the delicious menu items, I’m always amazed by kusshis consistency in quality costumer service — their staff are always on point no matter the location.

Happy hour is amazing but very disappointed they took away happy hour for a holiday they don’t celebrate or even know the meaning of. Bartender also reiterated its not his problem so he doesn’t care.

I am a sushi lover and this place provided fresh and tasty sushi. Each piece of sushi was thick and melt to your mouthfeel. It also had a variety of food to choose from. All of them were delicious. 😋 The restaurant was cozy and comfortable. The waitress was friendly and smile often. I had jelly sake to go with my meal and enjoyed the fruity tasted sake. I highly recommend you check out this place. My friends and I will be back soon!

This is my usual spot, very good food and very good customer service until this afternoon. Brownskin lady at the front who seats you at a table but has a very nasty attitude..like who did anything to you? Anyways, food is always good and will be returning but never had this interaction with anyone else here

Kusshi Sushi is hands down one of my favorite spots in the Arlington location. Every time I visit, the customer service is top-notch. A special shout-out to sushi chefs Billie and Max, they're doing.
They make the experience even better.
Highly recommend if you're looking for great sushi and excellent service.
