We dined for the first time on a Saturday evening and found the experience to be delightful. Lovely, intimate ambiance, friendly service, authentic French cuisine, delicious desserts... we'll definitely return.

My husband and I ate dinner at Côte d'Or last night for my birthday. We were very happy with it!! Our waiter was very attentive and nice. We received bread and butter with our drinks while we were perusing the menu. I had the French onion soup followed by the rainbow trout with almond slivers and a light sauce (from the $50 three-course menu). For dessert I ate the apple tart with ice cream. Everything was excellent! We look forward to returning soon! :)

Don't order the fried oysters! They looked and tasted like chicken nuggets. You would never have guessed there was an oyster inside.

Everything was great as usual. It always feels cozy, food is great and service is very friendly, that's why we keep coming back 😍

Delicious and beautifully presented. Always a very pleasant experience albeit a bit expensive.

Bastille Day! Decorated and festive with a champagne/chambord drink special and delicious soft shell crabs on the menu, along with all the classics. Service was excellent as usual.

Sadly, we were a pretty disappointed in the whole experience. Start with them not answering an e-mail asking about parking (the info you get after re-confirming your Open Table reservation is wrong: very prominent signs warning AGAINST parking in the lot of the adjacent hotel). Despite mentioning this was an anniversary dinner on the reservation, in the follow-up e-mail, and to the waiter when we were seated, NO attempt was made even to acknowledge the occasion We got what we paid for (kinda), but my pate & fish were both dry & the pate didn't have much flavor. I tasted the broth in my husband's bouillabaisse & to my thinking it needed another hour of simmering/reduction; a bit watery to me. Husband wasn't thrilled with his dessert, but the pavlova might have been my favorite of the evening. We came to the conclusion that it was "a French restaurant for people who can't afford Le Diplomate." Looking at the crowd in general we came to the conclusion that it at some time in the (distant?) past had been much better. But it's definitely not aged well at all. Sad. To be fair, it was an evening out that we got cleaned up & dressed for & that in itself was a bit of a treat. But I don't expect we'll go back, which is unfortunate because I had high hopes and expected to enjoy it much more than we did.

what a lovely refuge for a quiet and leisurely lunch Service was wonderful. Food was very good, the beets were a little sour and salty, otherwise a nice meal.

We just celebrated our Anniversary dinner and had a splendid meal that reminded us of one of my favorite brasseries in Paris, Le Fontaine du Mars. The ambience was spectacular, the food was delicious, and the chef/owner
Jacque was a great host. We look forward to spending more Mother’s Day brunches and birthday dinners here.

The Coq au Vin was perfectly cooked, the chicken was tender but the veggies were crisp and the sauce excellent. This is always a go-to for a good meal and a place where we can talk.

I took my mom to LCD for Mother’s Day and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is small and intimate, not crowded at all. We sat in the sun room on the side of the restaurant which was gorgeous. LCD had a $45 three course set menu for Mother’s Day and it was delicious! The service was amazing and all the food was incredible. We never felt rushed by the staff and enjoyed our lunch at a European pace. I couldn’t recommend this spot more!

We had a wonderful pre-Mothers Day dinner on Saturday. The staff was most attentive and the service was professional and polished. The appetizers, warm brie and feta salad were delicious as were the shrimp and salmon main courses. Of course, the best was saved for last - mousse au chocolat and île flottante ! The choice of prix fixe menus is laudable and makes dining here affordable and enjoyable!
