A wonderful, family-owned coffee shop that sources its beans directly from Guatemala. There’s plenty of seating, both indoors and out, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the staff is friendly. We drove nearly 20 minutes just for a latte and a cup of coffee, and it was absolutely worth it. Don’t miss this spot!

Only place in the DMV that seems to understand that a cappuccino is different from a latte and has less milk! They even asked if I wanted it more dry! Bravo!

We found this place at a farmers market and like the dirty horchata and the vibe that the guy had at the stand he was friendly and the coffee was good.
We missed going to the market for a few weekends due to rain so we stopped by as I craving the coffee.
We walked in I guess at closing time but they did not say anything. The staff was not friendly and when my kid asked for a croissant they said no because they were putting it away. The coffee was also very bitter this time around. Sad that the vibe at the market is not the same as the brick and mortar place.

Nice coffee place however was disappointed to know that they do not have croissant on weekdays!

La Coop Coffee Co. in Arlington Forest is a hidden gem with warm service, charming decor, and relaxing outdoor seating. The coffee is exceptional, crafted with care from ethically sourced beans. Family-owned, their journey from Guatemala to D.C. makes each cup meaningful. Perfect for coffee lovers or anyone seeking a cozy spot to unwind!

Poor poor service!!!! They did not treat us properly at all! We arrived 10 minutes before they close; they were running out of decaf and turned their oven off. So, cold behavior overall!

Horrible experience. Sandwich’s are premade and they were taken out of a jar right in front of us. I ordered a mocha latte, it was more like chocolate milk. I asked if there was coffee in it and was told yes and we use really sweet chocolate. There was no conversation as to how can we make it better.

I really like this coffee shop and I wish it was in walking distance.

The vibe is nice with indoor and outdoor seeing and the coffee has always been delicious.

They serve both cold brew and nitro cold brew which there is a distinction.

They also serve hot coffees, but I come here for the cold brew . The flavor is great. The coffee always feels full, bodied and flavorful.

Anytime I’m in the area. I make sure to stop by.
