Whoever says this place makes the best bahn mi must be friends with the owner. My sandwich had 1/5 the filling that you would expect in a bahn mi. Barely any meat (probably half a palm full spread out in the entire sandwich) and a sparse scattering of vegetables. I only taste bread when eating. Don’t let the photos on Google fool you, the ordered sandwich looks completely different and is not at all worth the price you pay. Too bad, since I was looking for a great spot right by my house.

Went there on a Sunday at 1130 and it was closed. Hours are posted on the door stating open on Sundays 10 am to 5pm. Disappointed ☹️

As recent transplants from SoCal, we were delighted to find out that Lee’s opened 2 locations in NoVa! We’ve been fans of Lee’s for years and while prices have skyrocketed since we used to frequent them in LA, I can say that it is still worth it.Always love their Banh Mi and Iced coffee/Thai tea. Flavorful, and delicious.

Vegetarian Asian sandwich #12 was unimpressive. Skimpy on the veggies and I didn't like whatever the random fried crackle things were. The smoothy had a very artificial flavor. Too bad. I had been excited to try the place.

Got a chicken pate, coffee, and a #6 for later. All 3 were excellent

I got a Sandwich here and it was mostly stale white bread with almost nothing inside. Also, the Spring rolls are not spring rolls. If you've ever had spring rolls these are imposter spring rolls. Go look up spring rolls, then look up vietnamese spring rolls. Naturally you'll notice most the reviews for this place are fake.

Their banh mi and garden rolls are good. As someone who cannot handle spice well, I was very surprised when I found out there were jalapenos in the sandwich. Service seemed kind of slow even though there were only a couple of people ahead of us.

This gustatory analysis concerns the delectable grilled Pork Bahnmi offered at the esteemed Lee's Sandwiches establishment situated in the charming town of Arlington, VA. The pork, being the central component of the sandwich, is grilled to perfection, achieving a tender and succulent texture, while exhibiting a smoky and charred flavor profile that is wholly delightful to the palate. The meat is nestled between two artisanal bread loaves that are crisp and toasted, providing an ideal textural contrast to the tender pork, while imbuing the sandwich with a distinctive and complex flavor profile. Additionally, the Bahnmi is garnished with an array of fresh vegetables, including cilantro, carrots, and cucumbers, that further elevate the overall gustatory experience by adding freshness, crunchiness, and vibrancy to the palate. Overall, this sandwich, with its impeccable combination of flavors, textures, and ingredients, is an exemplar of culinary craftsmanship that is not to be missed by any discerning food connoisseur.

Lee's sandwich has always been my go to vietnamese baguette shop when I am in California, Texas and now Arlington. VA. I am so happy this shop items up nearby. Their baguettes are baked fresh and are so delicious. I love the grilled pork and the Op La (egg) sandwiches. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic vietnamese sandwiches. It will not disappoint! The staff are always friendly and the service is pretty quick.
