Got the Jasmin milk tea and while the tea is flavorful, it isn’t sweet at all. Flavorless boba and tea isn’t sweet at all. Not coming back.

A staple of the Crystal City Area. I’ve been frequenting this establishment for years and don’t have a bad thing to say about them. While it might look quaint it makes great boba, they know what they are doing. It might not be the fanciest drink you can get but it sure is tasty. Keep in mind if ordering online their large is LARGE, so unless you want a ton of boba (no judgment if you do) I’d stick with the medium. Hope they aren’t put out of business due to Amazon coming in, since it is such a fantastic place.

kinda hard to find, you gotta go underground by the big rainbow wall and then inside the little mall area. but i’m glad we found it cause SUPER DELICIOUS bubble tea, the best i’ve had in awhile. and really good prices for the sizes too! got this huge strawberry milk tea with mango popping bubbles and it was amazing

Surprisingly tasty milk tea with lots of different options. I had the rose milk tea and my friend and the Oreo milk tea. Both were not too sweet and other than maybe not realizing how much ice that would be given, the drinks tasted great with soft boba/pearlsWould definitely recommend

Very underrated boba spot in the strange Crystal City underground mall. The owner is super nice and all the teas I've had were excellent. This is not a chain so the flavors are a lot more unique than other stores.

**updated**Still the best! I love going to crystal city because of this place. I only go to crystal city for this place. Open on weekends again!*****The best bubble tea in the DMV! All the flavors are great and the owner is really awesome. 10/10! I will miss this shop when I leave Crystal City. One of the few surviving shops in the Crystal City Undergroundtoo.

I absolutely adore Lily’s bubble tea!! I work in the underground shops and always try and support this local business. The owner is so sweet and has a positive attitude! They have tons of flavors and variety of milk, tea, smoothie and milkshakes! Please come support this local business when you can!
You can't beat these prices for fresh yummy smoothies and boba tea! I'm Taiwanese and picky about boba. The texture was perfect and a generous amount of toppings. My husband made a green smoothie and it tasted so fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back soon!

Good price large quantity. Only had one item so will update when I try again
Loved the mango boba without milk. Next time I'll get it with, as it would have diluted some of the sweetness, but I thoroughly enjoyed this little gem of spot.
