It's a Little Caesars so there isn't a whole lot to expect from them, but there's still some level of standards that need to be kept and followed no matter if you're a fast food place or sit down restaurant. Compared to other locations I've been to across the U.S. while traveling and moving from the West Coast, this one is probably one of the saddest. This review has more effort than the employees had put into customer service.
Walk in, an employee sees us and makes contact and visual recognition when we enter, but no greeting, no assistance, just walks to the back. Another comes up to load an order into the warmer, still no assistance. Another customer comes in and yells to try and get their attention and zero response. They get helped first a few minutes later when a girl comes up to the front irritated. She starts to turn to walk off to the back, but stops and help me. Told me to use the code on the warmer even though I told her it isn't working for my pickup order, repeated my name and order number 4 times each, had to spell it out even though I'd like to think it's fairly simple to understand what my name is with or without using my accent changes I normally have to do to adjust to others in my day to day life.
I know its fast food, it's cheap, dirty, and quick, I've literally eaten food from questionable street cart vendors after concerts or at swap meets, but I question this locations sanitation more than those street vendors. No gloves on final product as I could see going on, no sounds of running water at hand wash stations when they go from foh to boh, the girl literally rubbing her eyes and nose with her hand and arm as she's helping us, just overall unpleasant experience.

Cashier are always on their mobile phone. Earbuds in ears. Lack of good customer service skills and communication. Pizza does not taste good. They serve cold pizzas. Dirty lobby.

Though I’ve never actually been to this exact location, I can vouch that the food is PHENOMENAL. I’ve ordered from this location about 3/4 times already off of DoorDash. We tried the new pretzel cheese pizza. It was DELICIOUS. The workers nailed it. All of our past orders haven’t disappointed either. 5 stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!! Keep it up guys!!

There is a little 7 year old girl in the back in the kitchen. I'm guessing a child of one of the kitchen workers. A safety hazard and a liability to the store owner. Customer service not friendly. Slow service, 4 people waiting in the lobby. The cashier was on her cell phone the whole time. I feel bad for the little 7 yr old girl who has to do her homework on the sink and wait for her mom to get off because she can't afford a babysitter or appropriate child care. Management needs to do better.
I ordered online so I can use the little portal to pick up my pizza. I get an alert push a button, i live that
convenience. I can Get my pizza and leave ans there’s no interaction with Anyone because it’s a simple process . At this location OnColumbia Pike there was an Employee with her children behind the counter, not paying attention which didn’t bother me because i had no need for interaction. But As I’m entering my personal private code, She comes around asking me my name For my pick up order, even though I had to have a code in order to get in. She the stops me, sticks Her hand in my slot, and pulls out my pizza to hand it to me. If they’re gonna do all that then what’s the point of these slot? And it’s not “customer service” because you didn’t acknowledge when i walked in. I’ve never visited this location before, and I won’t ever visit it again. I felt very uncomfortable. Richmond Highway is so far the best location.
