On the plus side, they have the best chocolate pie, chocolate chip cookies, and brownies anywhere so they will make any chocoholic very happy.
On negative side, parking is really bad as are the hours. They also ask you to tip which is really awkward. Their prices are high so tipping should not be necessary but also tipping is not customary for counter service. And they stand there and watch you while you select the tip amount which is super awkward. Another thing I don’t like is that they typically sell the Mile High Chocolate Pie as a mini-pie. I don’t like the mini-pies as the filling-to-crust ratio is too low. They sometimes sell that pie by the slice and it is great when they do that but I always skip it when they only offer the mini-pies.
EDIT: Responding to the owners, I have tried asking for a slice but was told “no”, that they will not sell slices when they have mini-pies. Too bad because your desserts are incredibly good, no other shop is even close.

Great local bakery serving up the best scones, fluffy on the inside but slightly crispy on the outside. We opted for the strawberry, raspberry, and lemon scone and my toddler cannot stop raving about it. Super friendly and welcoming staff.

I’ve been a loyal customer of LTPL for years (their sour cherry pie is life-altering) but have to also rave about their kindness and customer service! My car battery died outside of their store and they recruited help to move me out of the way until I could get a jump, rewarded the helpers with free pie to thank them, and were overall incredibly gracious and kind. Pie was also yummy enough to be (almost) worth the car trouble!

I don’t understand how anyone could give this place anything less than a five star rating. I came across this spot online and dragged my husband during his work break to try it out. The staff - from the cashier to the working women who you can see literally making all the delicious pies in front of you - were so warm and kind. I got the meat Sambusa, a mini keylime pie, banana pudding cup, and mini apple pie. After the first bite of the sambusa I was transported to my grandmothers kitchen. The quality of the lamb was so fresh. The recipe is so simple yet so flavorful. They are very generous with their portions. I couldn’t stop eating I was meant to share it with my husband. I got key lime pie for myself and he got the apple pie - I decided to taste the apple pie and yet again took a first bite and finished the entire thing. I am someone who counts my calorie intake but I couldn’t resist. You can tell the food is made with so much love and intention. I’ve never written a review this long. Please check it out and support! they also keep their website very timely and tightly updated so you know what’s in stock before you visit - everything is locally sourced too! I’m so happy I found this gem in Arlington. I’m sorry I have no picture to share I ate everything.

We love this place! The pies are amazing but so are the brownies and cookies and cakes! When my relatives visit from out of town this is where they go first. Personal favs are salted caramel butterscotch pudding and peanut butter pie but the berry pies are a close third. They definitely believe in work life balance though, so make sure you check their hours before going there because they close for holidays, etc. Parking can be tricky too!

Great dessert spot serving numerous different sweet and savory options. I didn’t even know where to start when I arrived as there so many things to choose from. I ended up getting the rhubarb mini pie and a peanut butter cookie. I really liked the rhubarb pie. It had the perfect balance of tartness and a little bit of sweet. The crust was flakey and I could taste the butter in it. Staff was super friendly and helped me narrow down my options.

Fantastic first experience here yesterday. The staff were warm and friendly and helped us decide what to try. We ended up with slices of the brown butter coconut pie, blueberry rhubarb, salted caramel chocolate chess, and mixed berry cake (it had a cuter name I can’t recall). We also tried each of the cookies and a cinnamon roll. Everything was fantastic. Between the great quality and wonderful customer service, this place is a 10/10.

The best pie I've had in Arlington since I moved here. I stopped by today to try the Brown Butter Coconut Chess Pie. I love brown butter anything and I love coconut! This pie was phenomenal. 10 out of 10.
The guy working the counter was so sweet and helpful! I'll definitely be back. Adding this to the list of places to bring friends and family when they visit. 💛

Best brownies and cookies and pies. Just phenomenal! Only small negative is the parking situation.

Quiche was great and had a really flaky crust. Raspberry and lemon scone was also great.
The baked goods are fine, but they do a poor job of inventory management. They routinely run out of the same products within 20 minutes of opening. It’s clear they aren’t responsive to customer demand, so I’m done. Perhaps they aren’t interested in growing their business to respond to demand. Whatever the reason, I won’t be going anymore and it’s not worth waiting in line. I would recommend being more transparent about inventory and making extra of the products they run out of daily. *Note in response to review: Yes, and it has happened on non-holidays as well. I was in line when the store opened with fewer than 10 customers in front of me, and both items I came for were out by the time I got inside.
