Had their Big Breakfast, and the mrs had their breakfast burrito. She loved the burrito, and thought the Big Breakfast was delicious.

The food here is great but the people are even better. Most people in the airport are rushed and disgruntled but Rebekha made us feel so warm and welcome, even staying after closing to make sure we got to eat after a long flight. She is such a kind person and great service worker I will be back anytime Im in DCA. The food is great!

We showed up moments before the kitchen closed and Rebekah cheerfully and warmly sat us and fed us. She made us feel welcome rather than an inconvenience. The wings and Cesar salad were excellent and came out swiftly! 10/10 recommend.
Too much oil
As far as airport dining is concerned, this place is spot on for me. I noticed that there are plenty of outlets along the outer rim, at the center, and at the bar. My server at the bar made one of the best old fashioned’s I’ve ever had. And the “go-go fries” were hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Prices were meh but then again that’s airport prices for ya! Overall (and compared to other airport experiences) I would recommend this place.

Do not recommend for breakfast (tbf it’s a burger place). The eggs were super greasy and the chia pudding was swimming in syrup. Didn’t finish anything
Genuinely sad and disappointing—for $20, I got a meager piece of chicken absolutely cooked to jerky.

Ordered the mumbo chicken sandwich, the chicken was burnt and dry and incredibly small for $18. The mchicken at mcdonalds seemed like a luxury 5 star dish compared to the sandwich I had here.
Also, the thick cut fries lacked flavor and were not cooked thoroughly.

Customer service was awful from the start. When the waitress finally showed up, the only words out of her mouth were, “Are you ready to order?” No greeting, no smile—apparently saying “hello” must cost extra here.
I ordered the El Jefe bun, which turned out to be a complete disaster. It was absolutely drowned in an overpowering mustard that ruined the entire thing. One bite was enough to regret the decision. The flavor was so strong it was borderline disgusting.
Overall, between the unfriendly service and the terrible food, this place is an easy one to skip.

Avoid coming here if you can. Waiting for service after being sat down can take upwards to 15 minutes and you’re left wondering when you’ll receive your first glass of water and napkin/utensils.
If you do decide to go, be very cautious of what they try to charge you. They look to find ways to scam ~$2-3 extra and will do their best to defend themselves while you’re more distracted/have no time to entertain because you are wanting to make your flight.
Very unfortunate. Will never return.

Don't know why their rating is so bad, inviting atmosphere and food was top notch!
Food and service horrible. Anywhere else.
