Lucky Buns

Lucky Bun truly deserves every bit of praise today. I stopped by this morning and took a seat at the bar. It was busy, that perfect midmorning brunch rush when the place hums with life. I ordered the garden omelet and a Bloody Mary. Both were outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

The young lady behind the bar, Carmi, once again proved what genuine service looks like. She was handling multiple orders, mixing drinks, taking care of guests, and still managed to make everyone feel seen and appreciated. Her composure, warmth, and professionalism turned what could have been a hectic atmosphere into a relaxed and enjoyable brunch.

It’s not often you see someone balance grace and speed like that. She’s the heartbeat of the bar. Big thumbs up to Lucky Bun and to Carmi for keeping the energy high and the service flawless. I’ll be back soon, this place keeps raising the bar.

I sat there for 20 minutes when they weren't even busy and no one even came to ask for my drink order. I just got up and left.

Popped in while waiting to board my flight - extremely quick, lots of food for the servings and very delicious - great addition to DCA, on your next visit, I highly recommend - the breakfast burrito was large enough for three people and the cocktail was hitting as well - check out Lucky Buns on your next visit - ole Ty of seating and wait staff to assist as well! I recommend seating at the bar for best service, which was my experience..

Food was alright, but poor service. Was asked “what side I’d like for my burger,” only to find out on the receipt that sides are not included and an extra $9! Spent $30 for a burger and fries, before gratuity. Also took forever to get the check, I had to get up and pull someone aside to checkout in time to make my flight.

Carmel helped me at the bar in DCA Airport and was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and had the best energy.

Worst experience, if you want experience following things, please come!No one will take your order, the waitress gives attitude even she is the one that missing some items when takes the order(2 burgers & 2 sides), waiting forever to get check. Be prepared that you have to go find the waitress by yourself in order to place your order, ask for check, grab receipts…. Or they will now make ANY eye contact at all…

Outstanding Customer Service….I must highlight Rahima at the DCA Airport…..She is not only an amazing Bartender but her customer service attribute is above and beyond reproach…She greets customers with a warm and pleasant attitude, always with a smile. Explains the menu and always attentive to ensure your food is correct, along with checking in on customers to ensure they don’t need anything. If I had a business with a bar serving food, she would be hired immediately…Lucky Buns is VERY LUCKY to have her on the Staff…..Andre Burks

Wow. Brekkie toastie was so good really hit the spot, definitely made here not reheated food, good cheese, quality eggs. Fast service, this concourse area seems to be pretty dead which made it nice and quiet. Loved everything! ... not sure I've ever thought that about airport food

We are traveling through and stop to eat. Our waitress was very kind, helpful and efficient. She made her presence available , she was busy but kept an eye on us and the rest of her tables so that she could attend them immediately if necessary.
The food was incredible. Cooked well, very flavorful, right portion sizes, served quickly. We really enjoyed to whole experience and are grateful that you have opened a restaurant here and will be recommending it for sure.

I ordered the chicky bun and it was such a yummy grilled chicken sandwich that I had to leave a review. Juicy and fresh. Onions added a sweet touch. Service was great at the bar, no complaints.

I’m consistently amazed by the quality of the food and speed of service at this airport location of Lucky Buns. Not the same quality as in the city, of course, but still a great product, nice ambiance, and at a reasonable price.
