Clean shop, nice employees who greet and tend to customers quickly. They have an order kiosk so you don't have to wait to be helped or you can order online. The food was cooked per order, but quality is sub par. Kung pao chicken was made with crunchy breading and the sauce was very thick and salty. Disappointing and to me not edible. Thought I'd give it a try, but not again.

Food is INCREDIBLE. Always tasty and fresh. The team is lovely. The 3 working tonight were kind and friendly and made my experience so great.

Jesus man. Can I get some food in my containers please?? Smallest portions Ive ever seen basically anywhere. And the beef was sour. Had clearly turned but they just hammered it with sauce and seasoning. Never again.

This was my third time to order from Lucky Danger. The food is consistently tasty and the service is stellar. Everything was prepared with the right amount of spice and tasted so fresh. My order was ready exactly on time. Perfect all around, and I'll be back!

Very charming, very good food, excellent price for the amount of food received. Very good service from the girls who serve there. The orange chicken was wonderful.

Gave this place 3 chances. Every time it has gotten worse. No Asian worker, but claims Chinese American cuisine. The scallion pancake always come burnt and the portions are tiny for the price. Surprised it’s still in

We decided to order from Lucky Danger tonight because the food is always ready quick. I was disappointed that there were several items "out of stock" on their website - crab rangoon, spring rolls, to name a couple (things I would never expect to be out of stock at a Chinese restaurant!) While service for what we ordered was fast, the lo mein was incredibly oily and the honey walnut shrimp was almost cold when we opened it. We'll give them another chance if they have more items in stock next time, but we were disappointed tonight.

Ordered a large meal for a group, everything was yummo and they gave us extra dumplings. The food here is so good and flavorful, normal portion sizes, and it’s a great value to beat.

The food is amazing and fresh. Their prices are affordable and you get a good portion. I received my food fairly quickly after ordering. I got the veggie lo mein, lemon chicken, general tso chicken and pickled cucumbers. The each item was delicious and you don't feel heavy and sluggish after eating. Their customer service is great as well. I'm definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu.

I've tried Lucky Danger's catering and have always seen it when I pass by and on a night that I was craving Asian food/takeout, I decided to give it a try.Similar to everyone's reviews, the place is more like a ghost kitchen where you order takeout from either your mobile device or the screen there. Not much interpersonal reaction though if you're like me who ordered from mobile, then you just have to give your order # and they'll hand it to you. Can't say much about service since there wasn't really any though the store's branding was fun.Food wise:Duck Fried Rice - probably the most flavorful fried rice I've had. It's on the oily though the duck is fragrant and the rice is seasoned well. Definitely a must have.Mapo Tofu - I'm used to sichuan styled mapo tofu and this disappointed. Wasn't spicy at all nor had lots of flavor. Was mostly on the savory side and while the tofu was chunky, it just satisfied the craving of Chinese styled tofu but missed the mapo mala mark.Beef Lo Mein - the Lo Mein was seasoned well and came with big beef chunks which made it even more flavorful. The noodles are also cooked well and are long, stringy, and savory. Definitely a good buy.General Tso's - with this being your classic takeout dish, you can't really ruin it much and to the point, it tastes like your typical general tso's though it wasn't on the saucy side which was nice. Honey walnut shrimp - unlike typical takeout, the shrimp isn't drenched in honey sauce which was a surprise. I wasn't too disappointed nor thought it was amazing but it has that nice crunch you'd expect.Pan seared mala beef dumplings - pretty good and filling! Very flavorful as wellNow I'll caveat this review that this is Chinese takeout meaning that the bar is pretty low as you're expecting affordable Asian food. Though the price is steep for how much you get, the flavors do make up for it. My rating edges more on the 3.5/5 stars than 4 stars but overall, if you're craving Chinese takeout, this is not a bad option if you live in Arlington/pentagon city. It hits the mark with the flavors and pricing is about average to the area. I'll definitely order it again when I'm craving it.

Welcoming staff, especially the new cook and assistant. The spicy wonton soup has good flavor but is a little too greasy for my taste. I enjoyed the cashew chicken and the veggies being cut into smaller pieces. You can't go wrong with honey walnut shrimp and veggie rolls!

Food is made fresh to order and the chef was very courteous. Had Shrimp Fried Rice, Beef Lo Mein and the Sweet and Sour Chicken. Everything tasted very good. And their pork dumplings are homemade and they were delicious. If I'm ever to visit D.C again, ill be sure to order takeout from
