How delightful to discover a favorite restaurant of my childhood — which I thought was long since gone — has a stand at the National airport!! And they make the crepes right in front of you, and they’re delicious as ever, and the staff is super friendly. Wonderful!

I did try to reach the restaurant before posting this. No answer. Hopefully supervisors will rethink the portions of filling- both the cheese crepe and the veg Santa Fe were all dough, barely any filling, and tasteless. The 4 cheese in particular had no cheese taste. Neither crepe had barely any filling- in Preparing the crepes, the servers used servings measured out in baggies. When I went to eat them… once I got past the dough (tasteless), there was minimal cheese in the cheese and mainly corn kernels with a few black beans in the Santa Fe. Hope they will rethink the items.

I ordered a sundae from Magic Pan and it was more than I could have asked for. It was perfectly layered with vanilla ice cream and strawberries. No one enjoys being stuck at an airport for hours, but the kindness from Magic Pan made my stay just a little sweeter. (Photo taken after many delicious bites)
