Bad customer service!

I came here for lunch when I was staying at a hotel nearby. At first it didn't look impressive inside, but taking a closer look I noticed the food on the salad bar looked extremely fresh. I don't recall how much is was per pound, but I think I ended up paying about $8 for a plate. The outdoor seating area looks nice, inside not so much.

Very rude owners and unprofessional. Had to write a review after this experience.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! Stopped in briefly this afternoon, a little after 3:30 pm, as a possible tornado literally blew by and I sought shelter. Inside we're three girls who just purchased and were finishing their products. All of a sudden, the owner comes out screaming that he was closed, even though it was well before the stated closing time of 4:00 pm. The rain and winds were howling, trees were snapping right outside. We all begged to stay inside for serious safety concerns, and he wanted none of it. He kept screaming, 'closed, closed.' Then he pushed us all out into the storm and locked the door. I have never seen such a rude, soulless person in my life. And I'm a former-Marine with two combat tours.

Nice place for a quick pick up and it has lot of options

There was a small cockroach crawling through the buffet. Since all of the food clearly had been there for a while, I guess that makes sense. It had plenty of time to pick a spot. I captured it along with the piece of shumai or whatever it was one and handed it to the cashier in one of the little plastic containers. He at least had the grace to appear embarrassed.

I go there once a week for the breakfast sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. The sausage tastes good and they let me substitute cheddar for American. Reasonably priced too. I like sitting outside during the nice weather. The coffee is not bad too.

I've been getting breakfast and lunch here for years and don't have any complaints. The buffet is always hot and well stocked, and the deli food is pretty good. The fries are actually the best I've had in the neighborhood. In addition to food, they have items you could find at a convenience store--medicine, mini umbrellas, tissues, etc. And yes, the logo is amazing.

This place is a joke in all regards. Don't waste your time and I hope they go out of business because they do not belong in the service and food industry. They obviously pay for 4-5 star reviews simply because they have recurring themes in their day to day operations. Customer Service is appalling, very rude and non-helpful in every regard. Cleanliness is disgusting. They have tons of built up dirt and dust on their heating lamps that hang over their kitchen prep area. The workers do not care about food safety, cleanliness, and overall lazy in appearance of place. Food is mediocre at best, below average sandwiches and very expensive. No sauces available for majority of items.

I love going here for their French Toast Platter, Bibimbap, and Avocado Burritos

Dear owners: is your business doing so well that you can afford to be blatantly rude to customers? (I don't think so; it's always empty when I go in.) I have gone here half a dozen times or so in the last year (it's close to my office) for a breakfast sandwich. The food is not good and the interior is just passable, but it's hard to mess up a breakfast sandwich, and the location is convenient for me. But this morning I went in, ordered a breakfast sandwich, handed him my credit card, and the wonder said, "no, it has to be cash for under $5". (I have ordered the same sandwich in the past, for the same price, and he took my card.) I told him I didn't have any cash. He yelled "stop" to his wife at the grill, who had started the sandwich, and then walked away from me without a word. Not any "I'm sorry, I'm afraid we can't take the card for this amount" or "there is an ATM nearby" -- just wordlessly walking away as I stood there with my card in hand, clearly looking confused. It's not the card versus cash issue -- I understand the economics of it, they get charged for credit card transactions -- it's the egregious, almost contemptuous, rudeness that I found so shocking. I will never go back.

WARNING This place is actually $$ NOT $ Food 1/5: The food is extremely bland and greasy! I mentioned this to the owner he pointed to the condiment section where you can find salt, pepper and hot sauce. Seasoning is suppose to be worked into the food during prep, not after all the flavor has been cooked out of it! Payment 0/5: This establishment is breaking the law! Let me teach you something boys and girls, Minimum purchase amounts cannot be applied to transactions that are processed with a debit card, This owner rather make $0.49 than to follow the rule of the law (guess who's on hold with VISA and MasterCard while I write this?) Service 0/5: Walked up to the counter to have my food weighed, the owner/manager shows up 2 minutes later reeking of cigarettes . I say "Good Morning!" He literally growls "NRRRRR!" I weighed my food and the total came to $4.99 after taxes, the owner waved his hands in the air and says "no, no, no, I can't. Minimum! Minimum!" I see a sign next to the register that says $5 minimum. Not wanting to argue, I go back to the trays and grab a sliver of fruit no thicker than a finger nail, my total came to $5.25 (thanks you smelly sleazy business owner).

Delicious sandwiches and buffet

Just don't go. The food's alright (albeit greasy) and the location is super convenient. But the customer service is outrageously bad. Somehow they always manage to be disrespectful and rude.
