What a wonderful couple, Taj and Faries! They welcomed us so graciously and the lobster rolls were outstanding! So glad we found this little staple and will definitely be returning!

This is a great Mason's location! One of the best lobster rolls I've had in a long time, and they had a good gluten free roll. Service was excellent - they were conscientious about food allergies and even though it's almost fast food, they focused on presentation and clearly cared about the food and soft product. It was great!

Awesome Delivery..Early Delivery but the food was not so Awesome..Loved the Coleslaw..not sweet Crip Vegetables and Balanced Sweet and Tangy ..Loved Maine Root Soda...Root Beer but the Bar Harbor Connecticut Roll was a disappointment..The Best Thing was the Soft Buttery Roll ..but the Lobster was bland no seasoning no butter taste ..Chewy String Texture ..Large Claw was overcooked..other claw pieces ..spongy and had a off smell does not taste sweet or fresh tasting and finallly located on roll ... The staff was friendly, helpful, and fast. The lobster roll is magnificent. However, the lobster bisque leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm not a tough foodie at all but this is really gross. The clam chowder soup is cold and tastes of sour cream. 0 clams in it and very watery, with tough potatoes. The lobster roll has a strange smell, is hard to chew and over seasoned with pepper. It's all over my fingers, but it tastes like they added the pepper to the bread and lobster after the sandwich was done and already assembled. $50 down the drain. Also I ordered a bowl of soup and they sent me a cup.

So my son and I got 2 lobster rolls, a lobster Mac n cheese and 2 drinks and an order of tater tots. . It was almost $80. The lobster in all 3 were either over cooked, or just sitting under heat lamps too long. The Mac of the Mac and cheese was super creamy and cheezy, which was great. The tots were cold and a bit soggy. The rolls were just Texas toast folded in half, which were good, but really don't belong on a lobster roll. I probably won't go back.

The food got me sick and it was too salty. Plus the lady at register was so rude for no reason. I really don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s my first time ever leaving a bad review about a restaurant. They need to do better.

Visited the area and had to try some lobster rolls! The classic was delicious and the lobster bisque was great. I think they forgot to top the bisque with more lobster though :’(
