We wanted to try something new. I came fro brunch, but when we were seated the brunch menu was not provided. The waiter took a while so my husband had to get up and get the brunch menus. I asked about the cocktail towers, what he explained was not what I saw later on for other patrons. Had he explained it better my husband and I would've ordered one. Once we finally placed our order the waiters follow up was very poor. We finished our food and the plates were never cleared from the table. Then had to ask go the check and a box for my son's leftovers. The customer service needs some work or the waiters have too many tables I'm not really sure what the issue was.

Jose was our server and he was amazing. He greeted us each time with a smile and went above and beyond for our table. We decided to come here for the brunch seeing how good it was advertised on TikTok, I will say from what was shown of their Amazing Brunch, but that Advertisement fell very short upon what we saw. (just being honest). However, Jose made up for that lost as our table had a good time overall. Thank You Jose, and I hope your leadership and management team take care of you as you took care of us. The service from beginning to end was terrible. Very slow, forgot to bring us plates needed to repeat our order twice and we had to track her down any time we needed something.

This was my first time doing Saturday brunch at Match Box. I did the $50 all you can each which was worth every penny! The lemon blueberry pancakes were amazing, as well as the taco and waffle bar. Jose N. Was our server, he was amazing!
