Solid Turkish spot in Arlington! Maya Bistro is my regular go-to. The Beyti Yogurt is amazing; warm Turkish flatbread rolled with seasoned ground beef and lamb, fresh garlic flavor, then topped with rich tomato sauce and creamy yogurt. Super tasty, good portion, and the yogurt makes it so balanced. Around $23 and totally worth it. You should definitly try Turkish Coffe with baklava or kunefe dessert, delicious.
The Turkish staff was great; family-run, friendly and welcoming. Relaxed vibe.

Great place for authentic Turkish food. I recently visited Maya Bistro and tried the Adana kebab and baklava—both were delicious. The bread was incredibly fresh as well. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely delicious lahmacun! The crust was thin and perfectly crispy, the minced topping was flavorful and well-seasoned (not greasy at all), and everything tasted super fresh. The lemon and salad/onion garnish on top made it even better—bright, refreshing, and the perfect balance with the spices. Came out hot and looked just like the photo. I’ll definitely be back for this again!

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The service was kind, attentive, which made the evening even more special. Maya Bistro is one of those places where you feel comfortable and want to stay a little longer. Definitely a spot we’ll return to again and again 💛🍷🤗
Turkish food is amazing. The food I ate here was incredible and very delicious. The waiters and the owner, Mr. Murat, took great care of us. They are very friendly and people who love their job. The restaurant's atmosphere, energy, and hygiene are impeccable. I can't wait to go back again.

Had dinner at Maya Bistro. Had not been there for a while. Great service from Ali. Food is still excellent. We received complimentary hot, delectable pita bread with olive tapenade. The red lentil soup was delicious and served hot like soup should be. We shared 2 dishes and both were delicious. Orange & beet salad on a potato puree with olive oil and lemon and sprinkled with walnuts & onions. Yum! And very tender pieces of chicken with yogurt on bread and also with grilled bell peppers, jalapeño and tomato. So good.
Restaurant has pleasant low lighting, nice bar, very clean, cloth napkins.
An enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to go back and try other items on the menu!

Honestly, I’m surprised this place has such a high rating. We ordered mixed grill and lahmacun. The lahmacun had nothing to do with the real thing — it was just ground meat on a thick pizza-like dough. In the mixed grill, the Adana kebabs were undercooked, so we sent them back, and the replacement came overcooked and dry 😂. This place completely misrepresents Turkish cuisine. I recommend staying away — there are much better options out there.

Delicious Chicken Shish dinner at a reasonable price. Our table also ordered the two person Mix meat platter: also very good. The vegetables were very good and very fresh.
