They get orders wrong a lot, always out of common items

There’s workers in the back laughing and looking at me. Little did he know he was going to get called out by me with ‘ is there a problem?’ He shakes his head no. Some young dude, didn’t get a name . Now when I come he goes to the back I assume to avoid getting called out again. I was here again today 5/4/24, around noon and 1pm, as im waiting for my order some lady with cash in her hands acted as if she was going to give it me and then laughs . Childish. Appears to be a circus and lack of professionalism. Decent cashiers so there’s that.
Update- 5/8 they messed up my order and had them fix it. Meanwhile Eyelash girl is snickering under her mask as all as some old lady behind her with the glasses. They didn’t know how to act when got confronted on screwing my order. Flat out STUPID. It’s fairy simple to know the different between small and medium nugget meal unless you don’t read or speak English. In this case some of them here are stupid and think it’s funny . Eyelashes was scared and got quiet when I said she needs to check herself. All she was ok. If the manager reads this I ask you to talk to your staff and inform them of proper customer service, laughing making it obvious and messing up basic orders isn’t .
Last update- chubby young lady with glasses who calls out orders was there. I asked her for a sauce . She either did not hear me or not want to assist me . I repeated myself. I guess something in her Brain registered to do so. So she gave it to me and I followed up with a question ‘ have you guys been reading the Google reviews. I have left this location an essay.’ She again acted as if she didn’t hear me or attempted to get a manager but that person didn’t respond . I’m sure they have because none of these fools have not been laughing now . Don’t screw up orders and when asked for something like a sauce do it the first time not second or third time. Common sense.

I went to order happy meals but the cashier isa man old . He was disrespectful and bad service. I try to change my order he told me you don't know what do you want ?. He is not educated person .why he is working there if he doesn't not treat well a customer. owner please read this review and put in the back this guy not infront of cashier . Please.

Food was okay, I had pick up order and when I ended up unpacking it at home all of the sauces I ordered were missing. Not saying that from moment of ordering to readiness of order too much time passed. Personnel seemed quite hectic.

Poor service was waiting non line more then 10 mins was ready to order breakfast but they change to lunch I can’t believe how bad it’s the server here

Mambo sauce vs mumbo sauce as well as the sweet and spicy jam sauce. The mambo sauce was spicy. However the sweet and spicy jam sauce was not at all. It w as more sweet than anything else. I believe McDonald’s is trying to play a trick on words with their sauces because they did not meet my expectation. Of the two I like the mambo sauce. The customer service could be better. The cashier appeared agitated when I asked her to repeat the count for each choice of nuggets. Then went I went to pick up my order. I checked my bag and noticed the two different sauces I had asked for were not inside of my bag. When I asked for the other sauce I was told I would be charged. I shared that I would give once sauce back to them in order to receive the other sauce I had asked for. They agreed. However, if the cashier had gotten it correct when I placed my order the interaction would not have had to occur at the stage of pick up.

I just ordered an iced coffee and the service was prompt and hassle free. Great add to the Food court!

The combo sandwich is $10.. This is the lowest price of a sandwich in America..

My daughter enjoyed the happy meals

This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a happy meal and a small Fanta and when I went back upstairs to my job, I happened to fin a small worm on the inside of the lid. Any costumer could have missed that and gotten sick from that. It shows you how un sanitary and how un clean the place is. After I went back down and told the lady I would like a refund but she had no idea what I was saying and she just went to go get me a new one. At that point I just gave up. I won’t be coming back. Absolutely disgusting.

This McDonald's is spacious. It's located in a mall that has a high ceiling with skylight. An overall good atmosphere for a meal. As usual, the food is good and so is the service. Also, it's a very convenient location if you're shopping.

In the Pentagon City mall. Very convenient and inexpensive option for breakfast when staying in the area. We stayed in the Ritz Carlton that is connected to the mall and didn't want to pay high prices for a meal in the hotel.

I was redeeming a free happy meal for my child and they told me that it’s only for the four piece chicken nuggets and not the 6 piece which was just a lie I don’t understand why’d I get denied for that and this franchise just seems wrong for that cause any where else I can redeem a six piece no
