Mambo sauce vs mumbo sauce as well as the sweet and spicy jam sauce. The mambo sauce was spicy. However the sweet and spicy jam sauce was not at all. It w as more sweet than anything else. I believe McDonald’s is trying to play a trick on words with their sauces because they did not meet my expectation. Of the two I like the mambo sauce. The customer service could be better. The cashier appeared agitated when I asked her to repeat the count for each choice of nuggets. Then went I went to pick up my order. I checked my bag and noticed the two different sauces I had asked for were not inside of my bag. When I asked for the other sauce I was told I would be charged. I shared that I would give once sauce back to them in order to receive the other sauce I had asked for. They agreed. However, if the cashier had gotten it correct when I placed my order the interaction would not have had to occur at the stage of pick up.

This was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a happy meal and a small Fanta and when I went back upstairs to my job, I happened to fin a small worm on the inside of the lid. Any costumer could have missed that and gotten sick from that. It shows you how un sanitary and how un clean the place is. After I went back down and told the lady I would like a refund but she had no idea what I was saying and she just went to go get me a new one. At that point I just gave up. I won’t be coming back. Absolutely disgusting.

This McDonald's is spacious. It's located in a mall that has a high ceiling with skylight. An overall good atmosphere for a meal. As usual, the food is good and so is the service. Also, it's a very convenient location if you're shopping.

In the Pentagon City mall. Very convenient and inexpensive option for breakfast when staying in the area. We stayed in the Ritz Carlton that is connected to the mall and didn't want to pay high prices for a meal in the hotel.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Pentagon City and had a satisfying experience. I decided to try their famous double cheeseburgers, and I must say, they did not disappoint!Firstly, the location of this McDonald's is convenient and easily accessible. It's situated in a prime spot within Pentagon City, making it a great choice for a quick bite while shopping or exploring the area.The staff at this particular McDonald's were friendly and attentive. They greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in and took my order promptly. The service was efficient, and my food was prepared quickly, ensuring I didn't have to wait too long.Now, let's talk about those double cheeseburgers! They were absolutely delicious. The patties were juicy and flavorful, and the melted cheese perfectly complemented the meat. The buns were soft and fresh, and the overall taste was fantastic. It's clear that McDonald's maintains the same high standards for their flagship menu items.Overall, my experience at McDonald's in Pentagon City was enjoyable. Staff is amazing! My app wasn't working and they were able to get the coupon through the cash register, AND they did it before I was able to step aside to restart my phone. These employees know what they're doing!PS: This is just a food-court McDonald's, so they don't always have the special promotions, and the food tastes like McDonald's (because how else would it taste?). Still giving a 5-Star review for the wonderful staff!

You ruined your mobile order procedure. They used to be on the same screen with the regular orders and they were served in roughly the order they were received. Now i see it has been separated into two screens, and the employees are constantly bumping the mobile orders off way too early, setting a bag off to the side, then forgetting about them. This is horrible service, it used to be great and didn't need to be changed.
