Placed my order on the app 5 minutes before I got in. Saw about 22 people come in after me all get their food. I finally asked and the app said my food was ready 10 minutes prior when it wasn’t. This has to be one the worst MC in Arlington . I used to go there when it was just a good old place before the big buildings. I was handed my food with no oplilgies , I had to pay a cancellation fee for my tied and missed 2 buses. I will not ever order from this location and I will advise my friends as well. There has to be a regional manger that over sees these things, not the first time

The mobile ordering is a disaster. Multiple canceled orders, messages that say orders are ready, but they’re not. I’m assuming they were gaming the system by saying that orders are satisfied before they even made them, but it’s not great given the parking situation and the need for the reporting to be accurate. Don’t order here if you have to pick up for a delivery order.

I ordered a TinyTAN Happy Meal mainly for the TinyTAN toy, but they didn’t include it in my bag. When I asked about it, the staff just checked a few boxes and said they didn’t have any left — no apology or offer to fix it. If you guys don’t have the toys, you should put up a sign saying they’re out of stock. On top of that, my fries were not hot — they were almost lukewarm. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This location is in a constant low grade crisis. Has sadly turned into an open air asylum, particularly at night, I suppose for being next to the Metro and a park. They recently stopped table service, so you have to stand in a crowd waiting for food which is taking longer and longer lately. Food itself seems fine though.

.no toilet paper no soap or soap dish does not work the place is filthy the workers don't even care the bathrooms are so filthy one cannot even enter what there is of toilet paper or napkins are filthy and thrown on the floor its disgusting!!!
The guys working were absolutely hustling getting orders ready, never seen McDonalds workers hustle like that before. Gotta give credit where it’s due.
