Why are the are the Spanish employees in this store so rude and have such bad attitudes toward people who are not Spanish. I’m sure there plenty of people who will do your job with a better attitude. If you don’t like your job ! Quit! But don’t give the customers your bad attitude, because you don’t like your job.

They are almost always busy when I've been but the food comes out hot and quickly regardless. Staff is friendly and the store is clean! Good spot for a quick snack.

Usually really like this mcdonald's. It's fairly clean and quick. So it feel really bad to inform the manager the the chicken sandwich I ordered was stiff and rubbery. It was managable in the beginning, but toward the center of the sandwich, completely inedible. When I brought it to her attention she basically told me all I could get was the mcchicken because i had started the sandwich. I dont want more food for the sake of it i just want what I ordered properly made. I hate being the difficult customer but it leaves me concern. They weren't even interested to know if their other chicken patties where in a similar condition

5:45 in the morning and can’t get any service. Only seems like they only respond to Hispanics. I was standing in line by myself just now and after 6 minutes of workers talking and seeing me than a person from the back came and asked me to order so I felt disappointed. I left. I drive a transit bus and park at Rosslyn metro. This is beyond ridiculous.

This place is a homeless encampment. I was getting panhandled for sandwiches by so many people, in the restaurant, right in front of the order kiosk, I didn’t even order and left as soon as I could.

Food is always good. But Why keep the front doors proped wide open at 0800 when its 32°f? Are they trying to get rid of customers? Or are they trying to heat the outdoors? OK I get it. It takes 2 vatos to wheel in 20 pallets. Why not have a 3rd guy monitor the doors and only open them when necessary ?

Had to re-order medium McRib combo and BigMac for $1 from counter because kiosk did not discount the promo price. Checked my receipt against the kiosk price and saw I was overcharged for the combo. I brought it to Alejandro (manager's) attention and he kept playing games trying to get out of fixing the mistake, even insulting my intelligence by claiming it was the 2 different taxes that made the difference, then pretending to not understand when I plainly pointed out it was the original price that was different. He then claimed he "did not know about that" when I asked for his manager/district manager's name, which is why I decided to write this review. All I wanted him to do was fix their mistake, but he decided to treat me, the customer, like trash. Also, their soda machine routinely dispenses watered down beverages, so they are really cheating their customers in more than one way. Very disappointed.
