One of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The staff were incredibly friendly with genuine smiles that made the whole visit feel personal and warm. Shout out to Sonia Gomez for her incredible service. It’s rare to find fast food service this good — I’ll definitely be back!

Everytime I go here I ask for an extra small coke, because I can't finish a whole small coke. I can't even finish an extra small coke. But they always charge me for a small, yet they hand me an extra small coke. I haven't said anything about it still. But that's like 70 cents that I'm losing every time this happens.

I had a really upsetting experience at the drive-thru of this McDonald’s location. I redeemed a McChicken using 1,500 points from the McDonald’s app—points I earned by spending real money—but when I got to the window, my order wasn’t given to me. While my brother was able to redeem his item without issue, the staff became hostile when I calmly tried to explain that I had used a valid code. They raised their voices at me, which made me feel anxious and embarrassed, especially since I was just trying to get what I paid for.
What made the situation worse was being told that McDonald's wasn’t responsible for issues with the McDonald's app—even though it’s your own company’s platform. I left without my food and with no solution, which felt unfair and dismissive. I hope this is addressed, not just for me, but so no one else has to feel mistreated over something so small but important.
