As far as the food goes, everything was super fresh and hot. While they remodel the Columbia Pike McDonald's for the second time in two years, this one seems to be in waiting. The whole drive-thru needs to be completely remade and routed. Fast service, great food, but they deserve an upgrade.

This McDonald’s location is a complete disaster. I ordered a large fries, and when I received it, the container was barely half full. When I politely asked if they could fill it up properly (so the yellow lines wouldn’t show), the staff gave me serious attitude. Instead of just adding more fries like I asked, the lady threw my fries away and made a new batch with an even worse attitude. If you’re looking for good service or even just to get what you paid for, avoid this place! Definitely not worth the hassle.

Was feeling lazy today so I doordashed twice from this place. Once in the morning for breakfast and once around dinner. These people left things out of my order TWICE its clear that they are incompetent or cant read English. First order they left out TWO orders of hashbrowns. For dinner the left out the main freaking entree…THE ENTIRE BIG MAC!!! HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO DO THAT??????? This place is a disgrace and the people working there dont even deserve the honor of being called a disgrace. They also added cheese to a chicken sandwich that, on the receipt slapped on the box, stated “NO American Cheese.” Not sure about the people that work here but i would like to receive the goods that I pay for. Avoid this place if you like receiving items you purchase with money you worked hard for.

Bad customer service experience. I never have that problem in others mcdonald's
Service was OK. I just got iced coffee. The place can look packed but they get through it fairly quickly. You definitely have to speak up if you are missing anything.

Ordered online,had my order redirected to this location for some reason and an received incorrect order. When I called to get the issue corrected I was hung up on. Consistently the worst customer service of any McDonald's in Arlington. Won't ever purchase here again.

Ordered a double 1/4lb cheese, got a single. Went through late night drive through and got home to a single. Maybe the universe telling be a didn’t need the double, but I paid for it. The fries were fresh and super hot. They slapped at least.
