I mean it's McDonald's what do you expect? But I will say the customer service is really lacking and it was hard to communicate with the cashier but again it's McDonald's. Another reason not to eat at mickey D's.

My recent experience at McDonald's was unfortunately marked by cleanliness issues that significantly impacted my perception of the establishment. The store presented an unappealing environment, with noticeable dirtiness and an unpleasant odor, particularly in the vicinity of the restrooms. Speaking of which, the toilets were not clean, raising concerns about hygiene standards. One cannot help but question how the health department passed such conditions. The lapse in cleanliness not only detracts from the overall dining experience but also raises serious questions about the restaurant's commitment to maintaining a sanitary and customer-friendly environment.Addressing these cleanliness issues promptly should be a priority for McDonald's to ensure that patrons can enjoy their meals in a hygienic setting. A reevaluation of cleaning procedures and regular maintenance would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive dining experience and uphold the standards expected from such a widely recognized fast-food chain.

Had the best fries of my life here. Workers are the best. I always go to this one over the others in the area because it's so great.

When in Arlington it works. Most of the time, I choose the drive through option. You can dine in, but parking is limited. Then again it's the "Metropolis" next to DC, and anything on Glebe Road will be busy. I appreciated the drive thru this evening, as am going to be at an educational event for considerable time.As usual efficient and friendly employees. The Golden Arches isn't my favorite fast food, but it should elevate the blood sugar for some hours. Getting in here across Glebe is an adventure. Be sure to have your foot on the accelerator. Once out I found the order decent, and there were no mistakes. That's what it's for. The basics and I'm content to get through these dreary hours.
Today I went to McDonald's, and bought a sausage egg McMuffin and the meal is the worst that I ever taste it because first of all it should be combo but it didn't allowed me, and they charge me more than the normal, about the meal was too salt, I don't know what is going with this service, such a bad experience.

This is for this McDonald's and how Ubereats handles issues. I ordered and a whole meal was missing. This is careless and I bet if someone orders in person, the issue is rare. I called and the manager said they miss-read the screen. This doesn't help with needing to eat! I will ALWAYS come to Yelp before placing an order. I see the reviews here are more reliable.Ubereats only refunds for missing items. However, if you still need to eat, you have to reorder leaving you to pay for the Ubereats services and fees all over again. This is not okay. There should be an option to re-order without paying for the fees. In addition, I can't see on the Ubereats site where I can leave a review about the service. It only allows the option to review the food items.

The parking lot is atrocious. Its hard to get in and hard to get out. Everything else was mediocre. I don't recommend coming here.

The food is constantly either burnt or cold but i wouldn't even dare to blame the staff because I can’t ignore the reports of how McDonald’s treats its employees. The company’s success is built on the efforts of its staff, yet they often struggle with low pay and little job security. It’s high time McDonald’s takes meaningful steps to improve the lives of its workers

Without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant of any kind, anywhere. Waited 43 minutes for a Big Mac that was made wrong 6 times. Manager on Duty entirely incompetent. Cars all streaming out of the drive thru line. No orders coming out inside. Truly unbelievable how wrong it all was.
