The Asian lady working here on 1/23 at 3am is making the best food. Cheese melted, patties warm and perfectly seasoned, mccrispy is hot and tasty. Buns toasted and buttered. Usually you get lower quality McDonald’s off-hours but this was superb.

I'm sitting inside a little before 12:30pm on Wednesday January 24, 2026 and I will never spend my money at this place again. The women who are working right now in the kitchen and working the drive thru window are so rude and obnoxious and have made hateful and intentionally rude and offensibe comments, intentionally very loudly so that they can be heard thinking they're being funny but they're extremely unprofessional and rude and its just downright trashy and some seriously low life crap. I suggest that management at this location addresses this with the women working the kitchen and drive thru at this time on your schedule because they should be fired. My family has owned a bar and restaurant before and an employee actingi they are would be fired. And whoever is supervising this shift today is clearly aware and apparently enjoys it too. I'll be making another review with corporate seepeate from this review because this isnt the first time I've experienced this at this location. Horrible experience. These people need to be fired. Period. Unacceptable.

Very Disappointing Experience
I’m extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s location. The food I was served clearly tasted like leftovers that had been sitting around for hours. The fries were cold and stale, and the burger looked like it had been reheated instead of freshly made.
What’s worse is that the staff didn’t seem concerned when I mentioned it. Customers expect fresh food, especially from a major chain like McDonald’s, but this place completely failed to meet that basic standard.
I won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to think twice before ordering here.

I have been going to this McDonald's since I could feed myself. I have seen this location go through many transformations also. This is one of my favorite McDonald's. I ordered through my app which is great once you get use to using it. I ordered in a Filet-O-Fish Meal with a Coca-Cola slurry. My meal was hot and fresh. Customer service was great. The men's bathroom was clean and stocked.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been in. I literally wsited 10-15 minutes for two burgers and a happy meal a few days ago. I am at this location a lot. The drive through has always assays been good and fast but if you go in and order im pretty sure your not a priority at all. It happens everytime I go in. Other than that its always very clean and thecstaff is nice.
The cashier at the first window on 9/13 DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO COUNT MONEY as a cashier which I find crazy and she should be in the kitchen not at the register when she can’t count

I always have problems with that place . They do not give me willows , or they forget to give my order with potatoes . Now I order a Gold McCrispy and they give me a simple one. Besides, the simple sauce is not like in the picture. Is it so difficult to make a correct order? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I went through the drive through and before i drove off I checked my bag to see that I was missing large fries. I was told to pull ahead, and I waited about 15 min for the fries. I then Proceed to go inside where everyone inside completely ignored me…I never received my fries.

Now the reason I’m giving the night staff a one star is not because of the order takers because there great really friendly they do their best but the sandwich makers really suck every time I try to customize a sandwich they mess it up and I don’t go overboard just little things that I don’t want any steel get it wrong I ordered a sandwich last night I want a less of one thing extra of another and the one thing I want a less they gave me extra and what I want an extra of they didn’t even put on there then another time I ordered a burger I wanted light cheese they gave me extra and there was a few other times they messed up and now I never had none of these problems before the remodel and the only reason I come to this location it’s because they always used to do good work and is close to my house but now I guess I gotta go to another one by me cus im not gonna keep paying for messed up food
