I always have problems with that place . They do not give me willows , or they forget to give my order with potatoes . Now I order a Gold McCrispy and they give me a simple one. Besides, the simple sauce is not like in the picture. Is it so difficult to make a correct order? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I went through the drive through and before i drove off I checked my bag to see that I was missing large fries. I was told to pull ahead, and I waited about 15 min for the fries. I then Proceed to go inside where everyone inside completely ignored me…I never received my fries.

Now the reason I’m giving the night staff a one star is not because of the order takers because there great really friendly they do their best but the sandwich makers really suck every time I try to customize a sandwich they mess it up and I don’t go overboard just little things that I don’t want any steel get it wrong I ordered a sandwich last night I want a less of one thing extra of another and the one thing I want a less they gave me extra and what I want an extra of they didn’t even put on there then another time I ordered a burger I wanted light cheese they gave me extra and there was a few other times they messed up and now I never had none of these problems before the remodel and the only reason I come to this location it’s because they always used to do good work and is close to my house but now I guess I gotta go to another one by me cus im not gonna keep paying for messed up food

If I could give a 0 It would have been great. AWFUL service from the drive thru employee that took the order. I could hear her exhaling as I was trying to finish my order. Big family so it was a lot of food. Waited 10 minutes in the parking lot for a milkshake. The good thing was the lady that gave it to me who was so nice and gifted me 2 apple pies for the long wait.

This location was only taking cash. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar on the side. No issue until I pull up to pay and the cashier is literally adding the tax using pencil and paper. I heard the manager say don't add tax take the payment. Well if you didn't use the register to complete the order. Why did the register open when the cash was taken for the payment? Interesting...
I move to the next window and receive the wrong coffee. No issue, I let the young man know I wanted the cream and sugar on the side. He gives me another coffee and condiments in a bag. I get home to find the coffee is wrong yet again. I only order a black coffee with cream and sugar on the side. How do you mess that up!?!?!?!
I got food poisoning from this location. The drinks and food taste funny and don’t seem safe to eat.

This location has multiple kiosk which they seem to prefer you to use. I’ve watched a pretty large kitchen staff take 20 minutes to make a happy meal. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 15 minutes when going inside. I don’t use the drive-through at this particular location mainly because I work close by and can walk. The one person behind the counter that hand me the order is usually pretty nice. There is a lot of loitering at this location. But it’s McDonald’s and the food is…….. McDonald’s.
