Greater training, the staff lacks customer service, very bad attitude when serving, cashiers serve in a bad manner, they start arguing with the customer. And they tell her that they can speak any way they want. They do not pay attention to the time the customer orders them. And he pays the greatest attention and expression. Specifically on 11/17/24 at 8:00pm I visited Macdonald and the lady who was serving had a bad attitude. They don't greet you, they don't welcome you and they receive you with poor quality attention! Bitter, frustrated, disappointed, I think that for that job they should select their staff, because they make the place look of poor quality!

I’ve been wanting to write a review for this location for at least two years now. This is hands down the best McDonald’s in the DMV. Every single time I order, no matter the time, the fries are crispy and they are always on point remembering every detail of your order. Plus the ice cream machine is always functioning. Whoever runs this franchise is asleep at the wheel. Every time I’ve been here there are flies and bugs in the dining area. My order has been correct once out of the last 5 times I have been here. I actually had to dispute my credit card charge because McDonald’s refused to offer a refund for the incorrectly made food. Several times, employees have removed my app discount making the food more expensive than it already is. I have gone here due to the convenient location but now I will go to any other place. It is unbelievable that no attention has been paid to the state of this franchise location.

I was in a car my 2 of my buddies, we all got mobile orders, they got theirs but they drive thru lady wouldn’t give me mine for absolutely no reason, wouldn’t tell me why either, just told me to get a refund and when I asked how she said she doesn’t know, absolutely pathetic
