Unless you speak Spanish, this is not the McDonald’s to go to.
They messed up my order three times in a row every time they kept saying I got it. I got it. I got it person in the drive-through. I tried to tell her it was wrong before I got it. I got it the manager I tried to explain second time I got it. I got it. She got it wrong. Third time I spoke to a different manager. She’s like I got it. I got it. I’m sorry I got it all I want. It was no bacon. Replace the bacon charge me extra money for a folded egg that was rocket science for them. They charged me extra money, but still good not get it, right.
I just gave up and went to Panera

Abysmal service from one of the night staff. She gave me the wrong online order for someone with the same name as me, and when I politely pointed out that this wasn’t what I ordered and showed her my order she aggressively fought me repeatedly insisting that was my name so that was my order. It took several minutes of her yelling and refusing to give me my food before it was actually ever corrected, with her continuing to yell that I messed it up because that was my name. She then slammed the door shut on us after my girlfriend asked for extra napkins for the ice cream that was dripping everywhere. Absolutely terrible service and I will not be going back to this location again.

Food is alright. Service is ABYSMAL!! Every time I order I stand at the front for several minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge me all the while I can see my completed order just sitting behind the counter. I know they are busy but I’ve stood there long enough to know that if they would just acknowledge me I could get my order and they could get on to whatever it is they have to do much faster.
