I went in to get a meal and ordered at the front changed my mind once about my order from 3 meals to 1 and it didn’t even take me that long to change my order, and the lady started yelling at me and my mom saying she had to throw away the food even before we had made up our mind and paid. She told us we should’ve checked the price before ordering and it was our fault, basically calling us poor. I usually find the saying “customers are always right” kind of ridiculous, but seriously my gosh the server was so rude. It’s not our fault that we decided to change our order, MIND YOU WE HAD NOT PAID!!! Then she started yelling at me about whether I wanted spicy or ranch even though I had already said before that I wanted ranch and spicy, I asked her to repeat cause i couldn’t understand what she was saying and started raising her voice. Customer service was so freaking rude. I am never going to this Mcdonald’s again. This was on 1/8 at around 10pm

Everytime I order from this location on Grubhub it takes over an hour for a driver to be assigned let alone food delivered even for simple orders. They hang up on you immediately too if you try to contact.

The worst experience I have had at McDonalds. We ordered a deluxe burger with no bacon, a snack wrap meal with 2 snack wraps and no cheese at 10:30pm last night. When we got home to check the food we realized they had messed up the entire order and included bacon in the burger and cheese in the snack wrap. We had to throw everything out because I am allergic to cheese and if I had consumed this, I would have had a bad allergic reaction and would have ended up in the er. I contacted customer support and they suggested contacting the restaurant for a refund. The manager on call at night was not helpful at all and kept saying we didn’t order what we ordered, which we have on the receipt, and rudely hung up on us. Food safety is not a joke and the staff seem very neglectful and unprofessional. Very disappointing. This will be my first and last time at this location.

This is a great McDonald’s, as Mcdonalds goes. It’s charming to see folks sitting inside a Mcdonalds enjoying the crispiest, non-greasy hash browns in town. And the plain cappuccino puts a Starbucks cappuccino to shame.

Unless you speak Spanish, this is not the McDonald’s to go to.
They messed up my order three times in a row every time they kept saying I got it. I got it. I got it person in the drive-through. I tried to tell her it was wrong before I got it. I got it the manager I tried to explain second time I got it. I got it. She got it wrong. Third time I spoke to a different manager. She’s like I got it. I got it. I’m sorry I got it all I want. It was no bacon. Replace the bacon charge me extra money for a folded egg that was rocket science for them. They charged me extra money, but still good not get it, right.
I just gave up and went to Panera
